    Our guide Damien was fantastic! We learned so much about Tahiti! Our favorite stop was the waterfall, but we also enjoyed the botanical gardens. Your app won't let me put in the rating, but 5 star all the way!

    This tour was the best and most comprehensive i have ever had. Damian was brilliant. We would arrive at a stop and Damian would take us around to every point of interest. While this would happen, another group would arrive and usually guide less would look around sullenly and then leave. No real curation for the other groups. It didn’t matter whether it was a mini bus or a huge tour bus, we got a better experience at each and every stop. While in the ultra comfortable van, we had a wonderful two way discourse with Damian about all things. Culture, religion,,family life, food, history, animals, transportation, and every other aspect of tahitian life was covered. Damian spoke very well with virtually none of the verbal stutters (um, ah, like) that we see everywhere nowadays. This was a first class deluxe curation of the island and was appreciated by everyone in the group. .

    We highly recommend Tahiti private services tours. We got to see so much considering it was a half day tour and the guide Bertrand was amazing. We learned so much from him which added a lot to the experience. No reason to hesitate, book your tour with this company.

    Damien is very knowledgeable and has many interesting anecdotes to share. He is very entertaining. Recommend mosquito repellent for some of the stops.

    A great but wet tour

    It was raining very hard so we didn’t see all that we wanted. Everybody including the guide adjusted and made the best of the situation. It was a great experience and I would recommend it.

    Did not get To go to The Grotto. I feel the problem was our driver drove VERY slow and mostly spoke of his personal family history, not Papeete history. What we did see was great. Driver was very nice.

    Ia ora na & thank you for your comment, we are sorry you didn't get to see the Maraa grotto but the fact that the road is cut to go all around at the moment force us to reorganize the itinerary and going 2 times in downtown Papeete we have to manage traffic. Our driver use is person history to speak about polynesian people & lifestyle. He speak more about history on the spots such as the Marae & the Pointe Venus, but the group has to stay with him to hear the comments. Sunny regards, Bertrand

    The water fall was fantastic but my husband could not see it due to his ability to make the walk up to the waterfall. I had written that my husband had difficulty walking. I was disappointed that only two out of the four things we did my husband had access to. Our guide was great and very helpful with my husband but disappointed he did not see more.

    We were 4 couples so we needed 2 vans. Our guide was wonderful. He was very talkative and knew so much. Our other van had a very nice woman who said nothing the whole trip. When we stopped she said very little and she was so low and you could not understand a word she said. We also were not impressed with this island.
