We had a spectacular day in Santorini in a private car with our excellent personal guide. Tasos was outstanding in terms of his knowledge of local culture, where to take us based on our interests, and gave us a truly memorable once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We were uncertain how an 8 hour tour would unfold on an island (Santorini) renowned for long lines and traffic jams, but we couldn’t have been more pleased. Our guide (Thanos) knew all the tricks and managed to keep ahead of the crowds. He made sure we hit the popular destinations (Oia, Fira) but also took us to many out of the way places that helped us experience the “real” Santorini. Plus, because of his engaging and charming nature, we felt as if he had us along as family or good friends. The whole day was delightful. Thank you Thanos. God bless!

Thanos was our guide, and he was MORE THAN EXCEPTIONAL! He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and helpful. He went above and beyond by being personable, getting to know us, and allowing us to get to know him. Thanos is a beautiful soul, and man who loves his life, takes pride in his history, culture, and country; and he loves to share all of it with those he is touring. By the end of our time together, we feel Thanos has become our friend, and like a member of our own family. He enabled us to experience the true Greek culture by showing us through the neighborhoods and various towns, districts in Santorini. We met and spoke with local people. Thanos is THE BEST GUIDE you could ask for, and Santorini Road Trips is fortunate to have him as their representative. This trip was my husband and another couple, our dear friends. Our tour guides George and Alex were great! They took care of us in so many ways..sites, food, took our pictures just to name a few. We met as strangers and parted ways as family. Truly genuine gentlemen!

Vasili was an organized guide and excellent driver. He prioritized the areas I was interested in seeing and suggested others he thought would be of interest. Initially I had a little difficulty understanding him but that desolved as the day went on. Highly recommend this tour.

This was an excellent tour!! The whole experience, from the time I booked several months ago, was superb. George provided very timely and excellent support and communication throughout, and Vasili (and partner who he was training) took such great care of us, and gave such personalized narration. We saw and did everything we wanted and more, and 6 hours was a perfect amount of time. I'm so glad we chose this tour and this provider!

We had an excellent 6 hr private tour with Panos! We had an itinerary we wanted to be followed and Panos was very flexible and even suggested a few other locations added to our itinerary to make it a perfect outing. Panos is very knowledgeable and gave us valuable insights into the history and where the current trend stands. When one of the first choice winery tasting options could not accommodate us, Panos made sure we were booked on to another best winery (Art Space) and it was fantastic. We were treated like friends during our tour and that made it so much fun and real. Our Tour ended with Oia being the last stop and though we couldn’t see the sunset, it was still an exhilarating experience.
We would highly recommend taking this tour option with Panos and you won’t be disappointed.
Thank you Panos again for showing us a wonderful time in Santorini and for all the recommendations!

Just want to say how wonderful our driver Jhavos was. He made my husband and I’s experience great! We had no clue what or where we wanted to go. He gave us a suggestion based on what we hv done already and it was perfect. It didn’t seem like we were with him for 6 hours. It felt like we had a friend taking us around Santorini!! I would recommend anyone to have Jhavos!!!
