Overview
Step into Jordan's Qur'anic history on a half-day trip to the Cave of the Seven Sleepers and Amman's top Islamic sites. You'll see The Citadel, Grand Husseini Mosque, and King Abdullah Mosque, then leave the city for the village of Al-Raqim, believed to be the site of a story from the Qur'an's Surah Al-Kahf, or Chapter 18. This was a wonderful activity to do, especially if you are Muslim and know the significance of the seven sleepers' lives. Adnan our tour guide was so lovely, patient, friendly and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He took us for a walk around the markets in Amman and treated us to some delicious kunafeh.

The information states that we would be escorted on the tour but our guide mostly functioned as a driver and the information stated otherwise. The sites were great. We were not able to go into the Theatre because it was an additional fee that we were unaware and he didn't go in with us. At the citadel, it is labeled well and you can easily get the information you need by reading the signs. You don't need to pay the extra for a local guide.

This tour is highly recommended if you are interested with this history. This history was mentioned in Christian and Islamic story and script. It is worth to see the place as part of visiting other places in Amman since the place is only 7 miles from Amman.

Notre guide hathem yacine nous a tout fait visiter la grotte,les mosquées ect...il nous as tout expliqué avec un savoir culturel illimités très très gentil souriant honnête. Vraiment merci beaucoup à lui on repart avec des souvenirs inoubliables. Vraiment on vous recommande hathem yacine vous le regretterai pas.
