Almost ruined 1st experience to Amsterdam

We paid for the tour & never received it. We showed up & was given the run around. The company tried to blame us for their negligence & unprofessionalism. I reached out to the company a day prior and never received a response back. Then we reached out the day off multiple times also. We then tried to call the number provided over 20 times and the calls never went through. I would avoid this tour and find one that's more reputable.

Great way to spend the one day we had for the city, our tour guy was awesome, Eduardo, from Bilbao. He pointed the most important painting and we had time to look around on our own.

Museums great, canal cruise operators horrible

Eduardo was a great tour guide, the rinks museum and Van Gogh were amazing, I did not appreciate the captain of the canal cruise, very rude, very unprofessional, and decided to skip that part of the tour

Eduardo was a wonderful and very knowledgeable guide. His passion for art and the details of various paintings that he drew our attention to made the guided tour a much better way to visit these museums than if we went by ourselves. We really enjoyed the whole experience and we highly recommend this package.

Must See And Tour in Amsterdam

Timm, was an excellent guide. Highly informative and friendly. I would highly recommend this tour to highlight the masterworks at these museums. She streamlined the visit and made sure we saw the artwork that were the must see. As for the canal cruise it was fun as well with a history tour given by the captain.

It was a nice tour. We were missed the morning tour duw to personal reason. Fortunately, the agency support helped us to find guide and let us continue the the rest of the tour. The tour guide was good and friendly. She shared interesting story and background of the artist when we saw the artifacts. Lastly, end as a wonderful day in the canal boat cruise.

Don't waste your money

I showed up at the meeting place but the tour guide was not there. I called the booking agent with the phone number that was sent to me only to find that this was not Viatour but rather a booking agent itself. The booking agent tried to reach my tour guide but the tour guide could not be located. Hence, I lost my opportunity to visit the museums and canal rife with the group.

Great way to do 3 things in one day. The museum tour was great way to learn about the great Dutch artists and the way they lived. Our guide gave in depth information on the art pieces we were looking at. The canal cruise was entertaining and gave us more about the history of Netherlands.

Had a great tour! The art museums was amazing and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of info about the art as well as history. Boat tour was a great way to get to see different sights all from the canal. Definitely recommend!

So happy I was able to find this event as I didn’t know tickets to Van Gogh museum were sold out and had to be purchased weeks in advance. Maarten was very knowledgeable about both museums and the artists and this tour was excellent. Well worth it! The boat tour at the end was nice as well to get off the feet and relax. Boat captain was humorous. Thank you this was amazing and the highlight of my trip!

We were looking for any next-day tours as the Van Gogh Museum was booked up for two weeks and were happy to find this tour! It laid out three of the top things we wanted to do in Amsterdam, so we jumped on it. Anna was a fantastic tour guide as you get an art historian that will point out so many things you would have never noticed on your own. She was super knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions. If you're hesitant about skipping Van Gogh or paying to take a tour like this (like we originally were), you won't be disappointed with this one.

Our guide Anna, knew a lot of Art history as she was doing a PhD on that matter. Everything went well, they had the tickets for the 2 museums and the boat. The only recommendation could be just to spend more time at the Van Gogh Museum as 2:00 hs is not enough. This trip is cheaper than other ones I have seen on other sites and I would recommend it to others.

Timm was the best tour guide ever. She took great care of our group and was extremely knowledgeable. If you are coming to Amsterdam, you can’t go wrong doing this tour but we recommend Timm as a guide.
A fun and must see tour

This was a tour that gives you 2 hours in Riks and 1 hour and 45 minutes in Van Gogh, 1.5 on the canal. .it also gets you into a museum that otherwise sold out. Our art guide Timm was professional and knowledgeable. The cruise was fun. The captain was very entertaining. I learned a lot about Amsterdam’s history on this tour.
