Sad, we never got our tickets with the bar cofe

We never got our tickets with the bar code, thus we had to buy tickets at the museum, please reimburse us for 2 tickets to the Rijks museum, Janet Grinis

I mistakenly believed I had bought guided tour but I only had entry ticket. But we were given devices for self guided tour. It’s overwhelming museum with many worthwhile attractions but not having guide was disappointing.

Viator Made it Right in Amsterdam!

I booked the wrong day and time initially. I contacted viator 2 weeks out from trip, and the operator told me I could not change or cancel reservation. That was disappointing. However viator did change to the date to day and time I needed without any fuss or problems, and sent me 3 tickets. The Riks is a beautifully done museum and I can't wait to return to Amsterdam. Viator has been vital for experiences while traveling the last two weeks. I'm on to London today and new adventures. We will be using Viator throughout. It's easy, reasonable and enjoyable.

Viator had great tours but can go a little slower. This was just tickets but I travel with Viator all the time

Just go, so much to see. Plan on 4 hrs at least. Great restaurant for lunch and with complimentary coat check you won’t need to drag your coats or bags with you.

Seeing the Night Watchman was breathtaking and brought tears to my eyes. What an incredible display of the Masters! Spent several hours at the museum, enjoyed a delicious lunch and a visit to the gift shop. Wonderful visit!

Bad Experience

Purchased a ticket for my husband and when he went to the museum they would not accept his voucher that was sent to us so he had to purchase another ticket. I reached out to them and they refuse to give us a refund. I would NOT recommend this company! I’ve never had an issue until now! Very poor customer service!

Great experience at Rijksmuseum

Wonderful selection of paintings and plenty of time and space to enjoy them. Amazing to see Dirk Hartog’s plaque from the West Australian coast. The dolls houses were both fascinating and shocking, in their extravagance. Wished you could access the garden for lunch and return to the museum.
