      Easy access to the mueum and audio guide. Franz Hals was the special exhibit. The guide was very good. Major pieces had numbers for the guide. Better to use these than the planned tours.

      We never got audio guide. Tickets were only for entrance without it. We got tickets for certain time, but it probably doesn’t matter because museum was overcrowded and hard to get to see all the famous paintings.

      Hi Vladimir, It is clearly indicated in Viator ticket that download Rijksmuseum app on your mobile. Scan your tickets at the museum entrance and ask the staff for guide app access if you don’t know how to access it. Previously Rijksmuseum Charge 6.50 euros for audio handset however due to a technical problem, the device for the booked audio tour or family quest can temporarily not be issued. Instead of the device, they advise using the app.

      Our biggest memory is your company’s total inflexibility and unwillingness to move our entry time by a couple of hours as our riverboat cruise was leaving earlier than expected

      Hello Sir, We gave you rijks museum entrance tickets as you requested time slot. We do not provide pick up and drop off service. If your riverboat cruise which you booked from other supplier leave earlier then you should blame them not us. It’s your job to be on time. Rijks museum gives 15 mins time frame to customers to reach there. If you’re late because of your other plans then nothing we can do about it.

      Museum was great, we spent 2.5 hours there. To get the tickets we had to provide photos of our passports to an Indian (+91) number over WhatsApp. The tickets were delivered and used with no issues, however I’m unsure what the data protection is for this, and once you’ve paid it’s non-refundable should you not wish to go ahead.
