We offer hotel pick-up service for all locations in the Ring A10, excluding north part of the river (Het IJ). Travelers can take free ferry boat to central station from north Amsterdam. We don't pick up from the airport area. One day before the tour, we will contact you to confirm the arrival time of your hotel pick-up. We pick up between 8:00 - 9:00. Please be prepared and wait in front of your hotel 5 minutes in advance before our arrival.

A First-class Experience!

Our tour guide Reiner (sp?) made our first introduction to the Netherlands the most memorable. He was knowledgeable and patient and went above and beyond.
Overall a great trip with fantastic experience!

Despite very cold weather (rain & wind), we had a fantastic time on this trip. Leidse, our tour guide made this trip very enjoyable. He was well versed and knowledgable about the history, key facts for each of the sites we visited. He made the effort to know each one of us and kept the entire trip very entertaining. I would highly recommend to take this trip, which gives you very good insight into all of the places on the itinerary. Leidse did an excellent job during the course of the trip.
Delightful tour to Rotterdam, Delft, and The Hague

Reiner was our tour guide and was very knowledgeable of all four cities we visited as well as life in the Netherlands. He was able to adjust his route when traffic was heavy on the original route and even dropped us off, at our request, at a good area of Amsterdam for dining at the end of our tour. Highly recommend this tour as a pleasant trip out of Amsterdam to three very interesting and beautiful cities. Rotterdam has the more modern unique architecture as well as the waterfront area, Delft was the most picturesque beautiful town - quieter and cleaner than Amsterdam but with the lovely canals, and The Hague offered a glimpse into the government in the Netherlands.

Leidse was a superlative guide for this tour of three of the Netherlands most interesting cities. He was a wealth of information, very interactive, with all seven members of our group, and I would highly recommend him for this tour.
Insults and Adolescent Humor

I'll start by saying we went to the cities described. The Royal Delft Factory was the highlight, mostly because our tour guide wasn't in charge there. Otherwise it was a day I wouldn't recommend. Our guide, "Pete" was childish, insulting, and uninformed. He disparaged nearly every aspect of the trip including the historic sites ("the most boring part that everyone hates"), the modern architecture in Rotterdam (made fun of people who lived there), the government, various races and ethnicities, and genders, especially women. His king is "a failure" for fathering daughters and he is also "stupid" for getting a degree in water management because what will he use that for? (Pete is apparently unaware of how much of the Netherlands would be lost without water management.) According to Pete the Prime Minister's office "is designed to avoid a Monica Lewinsky" and the government only helps the poor if they can work (sorry elderly and infirm!) The most animated the guide was all day was a lengthy tale about a Santa statue he claims is holding an "adult toy", which he described in much more crude terms. So I guess if everything on the tour (except Santa, obviously) is boring and stupid what does that say about Pete's opinion of those of us who paid $$$ in the hopes of learning something about it? We'd have abandoned the tour but needed a ride back to Amsterdam, which at least I can say, happened without incident.
HOLLAND OUTSIDE AMSTERDAM

This is a very nice way to know better Holland. Delft is a very nice small town,with historical sights of high interest. The visit at Delft factory of porcelain was unexpectedly interesting and we saw and learned new things. It was rhe must see of the journey. The visit at Rotterdam was nice,but just to visit a few places. Last was the visit at THE HAUG which was as a place much more interesting than Rotterdam but unfortunately we arrived at a time with less light but anyway the places were worth seeing. Our guide Pete did an excellent job both in driving and explaining. Overall an interesting and worth of the money journey.
Good experience with tour guide, but less than satisfactory experience with Viator

The tour guide was knowledgeable and engaging. Experience with viator was less than satisfactory. I booked a tour for Madurodam originally. I got an email the day before asking if the d be interested to do the Delph factory and I responded by saying I’d like to do Madurodam. Viator canceled my reservation and and sent email indicating the same. I had booked this is advance and the last minute cancellation left us in limbo. When I contacted them again, they booked the one with Delph factory but charged me more than what I had originally paid which was very disappointing. I’d expect viator to give an additional discount for last minute cancellation rather than charging me more than the original.

Excellent tour to south Holland with the knowledgeable and delightful guide Leidse. This is definitely a worthwhile trip if you have never traveled south of Amsterdam.

The most memorable part about the tour was our guide Pete and how he gave us both historical and present day information about where we were going. I am glad I made the last minute decision by switching to this tour provider who would not cancel the trip at the last minute and ruin people’s vacation. My tour guide was Leidse. Great energy and went above and beyond to cater our needs. He understood that we flew all the way from different parts of the world and wanted to see things that are on our wish list. He made it happen and also introduced us to many other hidden jams that Rotterdam, Delft, and The Hauge has to offer. I enjoyed the trip and I am bring great memories with me back home.

Nice tour guide but not very knowledgeable outside of some very high level background. Pick up and drop off was good, while your could have been shortened by 2 hours.

We were looking to see as much of the Netherlands as we could in 3 days. We booked a Drive through Rotterdam, Delft, and The Hague and was delighted with the tour we booked with your company. Our Tour Guide was knowledgeable and attentive the entire time we were on his tour. I left my sweater in the car and he actually delivered it to my hotel the next day! I feel we had a nice snapshot of living in The Netherlands when the tour was done.

Great opportunity to visit three different cities. Guide was nice but hard to understand and couldn't answer most questions. We mostly were taken to a spot, told when to meet back and then on to the next city so it seemed like we were mostly on our own. Madurodam was a waste of time and that time could have been used to explore more in any of the cities.
Busy but Worthwhile Day

The actual trip was a great tour. We enjoyed Rotterdam’s funky abstract architecture, the Delft factory and museum , and The Hague. Full day. My concern is the there was no audio devices either in the van or while walking. The tour guide/driver maneuvered traffic like a pro BUT could not hear him as he obviously had to face the window shield and his voice didn’t carry through the van. Walking was the same problem……if he turned his back on part of the group while talking, we missed part of his narrative. Other tours used headsets that a guide uses and everyone can hear the guide. Art lovers: don’t miss the Mauritshuis in The Hague. Not much time allotted to the museum but it has The Girl With the Pearl Earring, Rembrandts and Rubens.
Nice intro to the Netherlands

A great tour with a great guide. We were picked up a bit late due to some confusion of where we were suppose to be. Alex was awesome throughout our tour and learned a lot about these 3 cities. The only negative was a family that decided to talk on their phone the whole day. If I would have known this I would have taken the other tour on the bus (less money)instead of the mini van option.
