Overview

Guests of all ages are welcome to our Ghosts of Austin tour, combining history with hauntings for a fun and family-friendly outing. After an introduction to Austin's haunted past, we'll visit some of Austin's spookiest locales: the Texas State Capitol, The Driskill Hotel and the Texas Governor's Mansion. As we unearth some of their histories, you'll hear about the ghosts, ghouls, apparitions and phantoms that haunt their grounds. Expect an outing that will make your spine tingle!

The stories were fascinating, truth can be stranger than fiction.. wives locked up for weeks at a time.. deplorable work conditions including employees being forced to work on a 1/2 floor ❓❓‼️‼️ Seeing the Driskill and its paintings, an amazing building, great bar, too‼️‼️

Jess was very friendly and adapted to the group for the best overall experience for everyone. She dealt professionally with a small interruption from an unhoused spectator and was available for lots of follow up questions.

Alison was very animated and knowledgeable about the history of Austin. We were graced with a visit with Peaches, the governors dog. She was flexible with the interruption and still got us all back on track cheeerfully
Austin Capital is My Favorite!

I’ve always been a history buff and learning the history of the Capital was my favorite. I also did not know the other theaters existed so now I will try to see a show there. I’ve also been on a different tour that took us to the Littlefield home, and this one took us to a building he had built. So it was cool to put both of those stories together.
