For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Bad customer service

Our Uber cancelled on us so I called Ramon and he said to call support and reschedule it to tonight. Now saying there’s no record of that & no spots available for tonight. Very upset with this experience as it seemed the lady on the phone was not really trying to help me at all. This is me and my fiancés anniversary trip, I have been looking forward to this for months.

Enjoyed the boat ride and seeing the sunset and very expensive houses. The bad part walking up the path to get back to where we started. IT IS VERY STEEP!! We asked for a golf cart ride back up but they couldn’t find the keys. It was very hard for me to get back up. It would be nice if they would offer a ride back up for the elderly.

Unfortunately with the drought and low lake levels, the walk down to the boats has gotten longer which is obviously out of our control. The golf carts onsite are the marina management property, not FloatOn’s. We do our best to partner with their team to try and accommodate customers with mobility issues when possible so we apologize it did not work out this time. Thanks again for coming out!
