Reliable transportation at a competitive price

After running into trouble securing taxis while in Barcelona, we were worried about transportation from the cruise port to the airport and making our (relatively) early flight. We booked this transportation while on the ship. The cost was comparable to booking motor coach transportation via the cruise line, and instead we had our own van. The driver was prompt and courteous.

Driver did not show up, finally had to take a taxi. Taxi ended up being easier and cheaper, flat rate of 30Euro.

Usually our experience with viator is good but this time it was very dissapointing. We waited and waited to get picked up and called the operator to follow up ,the operator could not get in touch with the driver. We had to make other arrangements to get to our flight. We were told by the operator that we would receive a full refund but had to follow this up several times only to be told I wasn’t getting it , apparently the driver was there waiting.. I had to show proof that I made the phone call that morning , which we did to get the refund through viator not the provider. It’s still disappointing to see the status of this job as a no show, THE DRIVER WAS THE NO SHOW !

I called My Transfer on Thursday morning August 8 to confirm our pick up for August 11. I told the representative that we wanted a 6:45 a.m pickup at the cruise port. She said they scheduled us for 5 a.m. I said “no, that would be too early for our 10 a.m. flight. Please change the time to 6:45 a.m. and if that was not acceptable to please send a text message as I did not have email service” She said she would change the time to our request of 6:45 We waited for 25 minutes outside at the designated pickup area at the cruise port. We finally took 2 cabs to the airport. (There were 6 in our group and 1 cab was not large enough). All of us were frustrated and upset at the “no show” experience.
