    Better to just download the real app and buy tickets from there. This is a very misleading “tour” and convoluted to actually connect the app to your tickets. I would not do this again.

    This is an amazing place! We enjoyed the audio tour and it was informative. A guided tour would probably be cool, but the audio tour was definitely sufficient.
    Poor Sound Quality and Bogus Tower Visit

    The large group was our first concern, as getting around with so many people (20+) is always a challenge. But as soon as our tour guide distributed headsets several of us complained that her microphone was cutting in and out. Her response was to turn up the volume (!) She refused to accept responsibility for her microphone causing the problem. So my wife and I heard maybe 25% of what she was saying. But she clearly stated that we would have to do the tower visit after the regular tour ended because groups are not allowed; the tower is accessed by a small elevator. But when we tried to access the tower we were told that we had to go up with our group! So no tower access despite paying extra for that experience. Very unpleasant experience. We will be seeking at least a partial refund.

    Very cool building, but expensive for what it is. Basically 1 large interior room and towers were not open (they were barricaded).

    It was a great idea to buy the tickets skipping the line, because there are huge lines to enter. It was also great to get the La Sagrada Familia app.

    Marvellous building as it in and out, but way overpriced and over-rated experience overall £75 for 2 for something over in 25mins

    The Sagrada Familia is, as always, beautiful and imposing. The trip was flawed by late arrival of the tickets, which caused some anxiety. Also the 8 digit code on the tickets did not work for us, so we were not able to use audio guide. The audio guide was only available through the Segrada Familia app, and this was not explicitly mentioned, so we had not downloaded it at the hotel. That part of the experience did leave us slightly dissatisfied. In February, the skip-the-line option is pretty pointless as the queues are short at that time of the year. That should be raised as a point when booking the tickets.

    As a Travel Planner, I loved it! I highly recommend visiting this beautiful church in Barcelona. The stunning mosaic-stained glass windows are a sight to behold, especially before the sunset (best between 3pm-5pm) when the sun beams through and the colors illuminate the entire space. So heavenly and peaceful. The history and architecture of the church are truly fascinating. You have the option to get a tour guide to provide interesting insights that enhance the experience or do a self-guided tour with the mobile app (which I did on my own which was great). Be sure to book your tickets in advance to avoid long lines, especially during peak tourist seasons. This attraction is a must-visit for anyone exploring Barcelona, offering a glimpse into the rich culture and artistry of Barcelona history. Take plenty of photos!

    I paid for two tickets but never received the tickets to tour the attraction. I tried calling with to no avail. I have requested a refund which was denied ! Do not use this company! They are a scam!!!!

    The mobile app for audio did not recognize 3rd party reservations, only if you buy tickets from the official website. Had to get the portable audio devices, no charge but a pain.

    Cathedral was beautiful but very crowded. You over charge on the bookings double the cost of buying the ticket directly. A small fee is one thing but you guys rob people blind!

    Sagrada Familia has changed vastly since our previous visit. The inside is really breath taking. We really enjoyed tge experience but missed the fact that you have to download your own audio. The link came through too late for us to do it.

    A must see! Purchase skip the line tickets prior to your visit. Many sights were sold out the day off. Need to see inside. This was easy to gain admission and beautiful. I highly recommend. Bathrooms available.
    Misleading “skip the line” tickets

    There is no advantage to purchasing this unless the advance tickets on the official Sagrada website are sold out. You’re paying a premium for essentially the exact same service. I feel like we were misled as there is no “skip the line” queue. You join the same line everyone else who has purchased tickets in advance is in.

    We paid $100 for tickets we never received. The link you sent us to get our tickets did not work and we never saw Sagrada Familia. Your customer service rep could do nothing to help us. Viator is a scam and you ruined our trip to Barcelona. We requested our bank to refuse payment to you and we are posting negative reviews on every social media site. You will lose far more money from our negative reviews than you made by scamming us. Shame on you!
