No need to pay a 327€ premium for Picasso Museum

The guide was an hour late, so we could not tour the area in our private tour, and he airdropped out 12€ Picasso Museum tickets to us, as he could not guide the Picasso Museum… got all of this for 351€…only a 327€ premium! You do not need skip the line tickets for the Picasso Museum in April. The Tour does not include a museum tour.

Dear Brett, We're sorry you had to wait for the guide that morning. Unfortunately, the guide mixed up the start time. It's a busy season and he starts at different time every day, so he overlooked it that morning. This does not justify him at all, of course, but we just wanted to explain why he was late. We totally understand your frustration and we did a partial refund for the tour immediately when you asked. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you to make it up to you.

Our tour guide Ivanna was excellent. She pointed out all the interesting bits, was highly informed and even pointed out some stores to check out later. She adapted the tour to our interests and left us with the tickets. We would highly recommend Ivanna and this tour.
