Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Skip the reservation, take a cab !

When arriving in Barcelona you do not need a ride, there were hundreds of regulated taxis waiting to give everyone a lift. So don't buy this product.

Our driver was very efficient and even earlier than expected. He called me to let me know he was on the way and it was appreciated since it was raining quite a bit, we didn’t have to stand out in the rain.

Our driver was there as promised and provided timely communication. Also shared some information on sites as we were driving to the airport. Will always use Viator. Price was better than cruise line offer for same service.

Connect driver and customer quicker!

I was very satisfied that the driver was on time but there was a disconnect when it came to identifying himself to me. Maybe coming into the cruise port building with my name on a sign would have been very helpful. One of the port employees went out and inquired of the driver who he was there to pick up and that's how I knew he was my driver. Helping in such a little way relieves a lot of stress for older one's traveling on vacation.

I don't even know where to begin. I had sent numerous emails back and forth about arrival time etc. We were not allowed to change our time so we took allllll of our luggage down from the cruise ship on our own in order to make it in time. We saw a bunch of other people with signs but not my name. We got down to where are the passengers and other taxis were. I emailed and also contacted viator support. We ended up having to take a taxi to the airport and it wS actually cheaper. Yea, multiple messages back and forth, no driver. Will not use again when we come back to Barcelona. Horrible experience.

The driver never showed up. He did text and phone but never made it to Terminal C. My son and I finally took a taxi to the hotel. I put in for a refund.
