Mixed up experience

We understood that the driver was supposed to let us know where he was parked which did not happen. We followed purple arrows as instructed the day prior. It was well over 30 minutes before the driver and we connected. The ride was good, but hoping we don’t get charged extra time by Blue Nile Livery

Boston is my home, now I live in SC , My girlfriends never been to Boston, to start our journey right, I made a reservation for a roundtrip private car to take is to our hotel. Our ride was so relaxing, driver was great told us a little history along the way. The driver for our return reached out to me by text to let us know what time he would be picking us up. He was on time 630am , We got to the airport with time to spare. Viator is a company you can trust, When you want a GREAT experience with less hassle.
