Good morning The flight arrived at 10:15 in the morning and our driver was waiting until 12:05 pm, let's wait the time indicated by the tolerance and we left, the reservation was no show

The driver picked us up on time and we arrived safe and sound at the Airport. The driver was on his phone texting while on route. I was not comfortable with that as it is dangerous.

We were very happy with our transfer to Exeuza airport by Grupo Summa. We were leaving at a ridiculously early time but they were there exactly when and where we needed them, with great communication ahead of time, a clean car, safe and polite driver.

Take a taxi instead

Driver was not present at the pickup point. Had to call the operations center to confirm. Was told we didn’t have a reservation even after reading the confirmation number. Eventually, operator “found” my reservation and said the driver normally shows up 45 mins after the flight lands (something that would have been nice to know in the confirmation). Driver eventually showed, took us to an absolutely filthy vehicle small chevy sedan with no air conditioning, bald tires, no shocks, and smelled like a cigarette taxi. Best advice would be to take a taxi, as the vehicle was the same standard as a taxi and at least you wouldn’t have to wait.

Incompetent

After my initial call requesting a transfer, I had to make 3 more calls to straighten out the details. It was extremely annoying to get confirmations that were incorrect. Instead of a transfer from the city to the airport, I received details of a pick up at the airport. I became tired of having to call and correct the reservation. One call should have been sufficient. I had to make 4 calls to get the right information across.
