A lovely trip out of the city of Buenos Aires - very relaxing with an excellent guide. Life at a slower pace - very relaxing cruise along the delta with beautiful scenery Then a gorgeous lunch at the Italian Rowing club with a beautiful drive back to the city

Excellent way to see the river

This was a great boat trip up to the Delta. We had booked the small group tour, it was only 9 of us, but we were on the boat with many others, There was a lot things to see along the way, from the glass enclosed house to the wooden boats and kayaks. The "snack" that was provided was 3 empanadas, and was more like a lunch for me. They were excellent! The stop for shopping could have been longer, I think we only had 30 minutes. Our guide was excellent, checking in on all of us while on the boat.

Tigre trip

Tour guide (said to call her “Shy”) was awesome. Knew her stuff and provided many insights into the people’s life along our way. Boat ride was very nice and comfortable with river side views of the city and suburbs. Tigre was very clean and welcoming. Stops at the museum and market by the marina were fun as well.

Really interesting tour with Nico or guide who was a mine of information and amusing at the same time. From hotel pick up, through the bus trip to the boat and on the way back, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip.

Tigre City and the boat trip Some misrepresentation in the sale material. We expected. Short van ride to the boat. We were in the van for 11/2 hrs. Too long.

Loved what we did and Nickco was great! A couple of comments - it said small group, but the group on the boat tour was large! Also details said snacks provided and it was that lunch was provided. We loved the tour, but the details need to be updated.

Overall a great trip, boat ride and trip back. The vehicle portion could have stopped to see a few more things. Time in Tigre Delta was short but good. Meal at the boat club was excellent for a lunch. Guide was excellent.

Worth it

The guide turned up on time, and this time the mini bus was spotless. This is different way to see Buenos Aires and Tigres. The river trip was lovely and our guide was very attentive throughout the whole journey. Once in Tigres we bus tour of the area and a short walk along the river front. This was followed by a light lunch and the a visit to the 'market' Personally, I felt that this was too long a stop when we could have spent more time in the old part of Tigres. I would recommend this tour, a very pleasant way of spending a day.

The size of the boat was the most memorable….it was NOT a 15 person small group but a 100 person group. The picture on the internet advertisement is misleading. You will not be on a small boat but a large people mover. Update your photo or description. The tour guide was great, but many of us were expecting something else.
