AIRPORT PICK UP Your driver will be awaiting your arrival, near your baggage carousel, holding a sign with your name on it. For International arrivals your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall, near the visitors information desk. HOTEL PICK UP Your driver, wearing a Navy Blue Oasis / Grey Tour Logistics Uniform will be awaiting your arrival at the pick up area of your hotel / Resort. CANT FIND YOUR DRIVER? We monitor all guest flights & should your flight be delayed we will arrange your driver accordingly. If your flight has been cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible. CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING To avoid any delays, Tour Logistics / Oasis Transport will contact you the day before by email or text message to confirm all booking details are correct & no balance is owing unless other arrangements have been made. We ask all guests to ensure all of your details including mobile phone number, flight times & flight numbers are correct. If you are requiring any infant or child seats, please make sure this has been noted on your booking.
