    Domestic Terminal: We will meet you at the luggage collection on arrival and we normally get there about 15mins after the flight lands. We will have a sign with your name on it. International terminal: We will meet you in the arrival hall and we normally get there about 20mins after the flight lands. We will have a sign with your name on it. Hotel: We will meet you at the hotel reception area 5 mins prior to departure.

    On arrival at Cairns we were greeted by Rick and once bags arrived he ushered us to the waiting car and of we went, A smooth ride straight to the front door of our accomodation ... the only way to transfer to Port Douglas in my opinion. A brilliant service.

    Our driver was waiting for us at arrivals - the van was perfect and a very easy return to PD . Normally we hire a car but this was the first time we have done a shuttle - must say it was extremely hassle free and quick - definitely recommend and will do again 😊
