We had a great experience doing this tour! Our guide was Youssef and he was very professional and taking care of us the whole time. He was explaining us everything... not only in the places we visited but also around the streets and about the culture. The tour was in English and he was clear and did a great job. Our driver Haney (I don't know if is the correct way to write the name) was also great, very kind. They pick us up on time in the hotel without any problem. And when I had to confirm the tour with someone of the company, I reached them easily through WhatsApp. I recommend this tour!

We had a great experience doing this tour! Our guide was Youssef and he was very professional and taking care of us the whole time. He was explaining us everything... not only in the places we visited but also around the streets and about the culture. The tour was in English and he was clear and did a great job. Our driver Haney (I don't know if is the correct way to write the name) was also great, very kind. They pick us up on time in the hotel without any problem. And when I had to confirm the tour with someone of the company, I reached them easily through WhatsApp. I recommend this tour!

Nos encantó. La guía conocía muy bien los detalles de todo lo que nos explicaba y era muy amable. Defintivamente lo recomiendo! Fueron muy puntuales en la recogida y eficientes.

Ho apprezzato la visita al museo e alla cittadella ma aspettavo l'indomani x la visita alla piana di Giza, Saqqara e Dashur che però mi è stata annullata senza motivo 4 ore prima dell'appuntamento con la guida alla 8 del mattino successivo, pertanto voi di Viator mi avete rovinato una giornata al Cairo perché ovviamente nn è stato facile recuperare; comunque la guida della visita al Cairo è stata molto cordiale e disponibile e parlava un buon italiano
No recomendable con el guía que nos toco

Las visitas no estaban mal. El problema fue el guía particular. Tenía muchos cocimientos históricos pero nula empatia. No explicaba curiosidades, I ninguna recomendación. Tampoco era capaz de hacer una sola foto decente. Se enfadaba cuando le decías de hacer fotos... A Parte no hablaba muy bien el español..

Gran excursión con él creo que puede ser el mejor operador turístico de la zona EMOTOURS, siempre tratan bien y explican mejor, se hace muy amenas las visitas
