      It was a very small group and our guide was very accommodating since we are older ladies and had not snorkeled for a few years. The pace of the snorkel tour was perfect for us and he asked if we wanted to stop or continue which we did. Wonderful coral and fish including eel and conch. Would definitely recommend.

      Worst experience of Cancun Trip.

      The guides on boat didnt explain or point to anything. They abruptly decided to not make the two stops and instead make us swim all the route to final pickup point. And then the whole hour was spent just swimming towards the final spot. The guide didnt even bother to slow down upon seeing people not able to catchup, or adjusting snorkels or flippers. They kept the speed at the rate of the most experienced person snorkeling. We had already kept our 7 year old son on boat to avoid slowing down the whole experience. We barely managed to have clear visibility due to the cloudy sky but the pace of guide was relentless. I guess the guides were Ricardo and Joel if I remember correctly. Time and Money wasted. Nobody at Dive at Rueben’s asked us abut our experience or feedback after getting back. Horrible washrooms at the office. Door wouldn’t lock. No toilet seat.

      First of all big apologize for dont making your snorkeling experience memorable! We understand you totally your concern. I just talked with Ricardo and Juan the guides for that day to see what happened! They said the weather had a last minute changed with the current AND cloudy day. Current was too much strong and affected the visibility. The current was pushing them like swimming so fast so they were no able to stop other wise the whole group Will be very close to the reef and everybody Will have hard returning to the boat. Sorry some times the weather can have last minute changed Is out of our hands. I told them to dont miss the snorkeling breafing by any reason because Is too important to make sure our people feels confortable and safe. That's why i personally gave you the breafing at the Dive Center before you going on board about the snorkeling rules. To make sure you all ready listen what to do or spect . About the wash room we are so shamed. We just moved to that hotel location couple of days before your tour, AND the Wash room Is a general facility for the hotel lobby, we know It needs mantenimence and we are working on It to fix the door, AND have a clean AND organized wash room. Big Big apologize for that inconvenience. I really want to make sure to dont have a bad reputation about our service that's why i am offering you to refound the money you paid for the tour AND as well invite you next Time for free you AND your family to give US the chance to change your aponion AND experience about our service AND snorkeling tour!       Lucky, was our guide. He was very thorough in explaining how to use the snorkel equipment and how to protect the reef. He also gave a brief history of Puerto Morales. A most memorable experience was when I shared how I hoped to see a turtle. We didn’t see one under water. So he made the extra effort to take us by boat to an area where turtles have been spotted before. He patiently waited and guided our eyes and luckily we saw two turtles coming to surface for air. It was a wonderful moment and Lucky helped make it happen. Thanks so much for everything. I highly encourage using Diving with Ruben for your next snorkeling adventure.

      Got exactly what we paid for and it was awesome! Guide was very passionate and knowledgeable, much more personal and private than other tours we've been on; literally had the boat to ourselves.

      We had such a good time with Ricardo and Luis! We've snorkled a few times in Hawaii and Florida, but the reef in Puerto Morelos was the most beautiful underwater scenery we've ever enjoyed. My husband struggled a little with his mask, but they were patient and helpful so that he stilll got to enjoy some snorkeling. One caution - because this is a protected reef, you can't apply sunscreen when you arrive. They'll give you a rash guard to protect your arms, but you should put sunscreen on the backs of your legs before you get there to give it time to absorb before entering the water. I didn't do that and I regret it, although the tour was totally worth it! Floating above the marine garden was awesome! We saw brilliant fish, plants, conch, coral, and even a big lobster!

      Great family snorkeling adventure

      With our rented car we as a family (2 adults/2 Kids) were looking for an uncomplicated and easy snorkeling tour. We found this one here and it was just perfect. Top organized, very good communication and two great friendly tour guides with Ricardo and Oscar. For us as beginners/with kids the 2 hours were more than enough to see plenty of different fishes between the reefs until we gradually felt our muscles ;) Thanks again guys, keep on doing business like this and hopefully see you again.
