Enjoy a more intimate adventure than the big box tours when you book this small-group adrenaline package that's suitable for most everyone, even non-swimmers. Visit two cenotes—one lagoon and one cave cenote; roar through the jungle on a 2021 all-terrain vehicle (ATV); brave an upside-down zipline circuit and hanging bridge; and enjoy lunch and water. Your package includes photos and video, but a charge is payable to cover admission fees.

Pickup details

Transportation is included. air-conditioned & comfortable transportation from the meeting point of this experience. The cut-off time to request pick-up at your location is 5:00 PM in the afternoon before the tour. We provide pick-up at hotels located within the Cancun hotel zone. TULUM, Playa del Carmen and other locations; DO NOT go all the way to Cancun, my Puerto Morelos meeting point is much closer to you. Transportation options for Tulum are available. Ask me. We also have a pick-up point in Puerto Morelos. ISLA MUJERES guests must confirm pick-up by contacting me through Viator messaging one day before the tour.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

This excursion was one of the highlights of our trip to Cancun. We booked the tour based on the great reviews we were seeing. The cost is a little more than some of the other options but all the positive reviews helped us make our choice. The company communicated with us the day before our tour to coordinate pick-up time at our hotel and answer any questions we had. Vanessa was our guide and she was awesome! She picked me, my wife, and my son up at our hotel on time and we had one other couple in the van with us. The van was air conditioned and comfortable. Vanessa called our group "family" and she made us feel like we were. We had to drive about an hour to the excursion spot and she gave us a good lesson on history and culture on the way there. Once we arrived, we prepared for our ATV ride, ziplining, and Cenote swim. After a quick bathroom stop, we went to get our helmets on for the ATV. Vanessa and the other staff were very helpful in getting us prepared. The ATV ride through the jungle was fun and lasted about 30 minutes. The staff took us for the ride while Vanessa moved around to take pictures and videos of the experience. We had people who had prior experience with ATV's and some that did not. Those that were comfortable with going fast went in the front of the line and those that did not stayed to the back. Once we were done, we got our gear for the zipline. We did 5 zip lines and had a good time on all of them. On the second one, you had a choice to do it upside down. Again, Vanessa was there to capture the experience on her camera. After that, we were all ready for a swim in the Cenote. There were many options: just swimming, jumping in from the top, riding the swing, doing the "Tarzan" rope", or hanging out on the deck in the cenote. After about 30 minutes of that, it was taco time. We had four of the most amazing tacos we've ever eaten. One steak, one pork, and two chicken tacos. And finally, we got to taste three different types of tequila. Vanessa air dropped all of the pictures and videos to us so that we could have those memories forever. FYI: Most tour companies do not let you take your own pictures of all these activities and then want to charge you $100 - $200 for pictures at the end of the trip. So the pictures/videos that Vanessa provides are definitely a perk..and she is a wonderful photographer! It was a great day and we highly recommend the tour.

The entire tour was great! I had never done zip lining before and although I was nervous, it was fun! Vanessa is awesome and very understanding!! I’m afraid of large bodies of water and Vanessa was very patient with me. ATV’s were awesome too! Definitely recommend!

Vanessa made this experience so much fun. She educated us on some of the history on Cancun. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We will be back again and will do this excursion again. Thank you Vanessa for being such a great host. My boyfriend didn't really want to do this trip. I had to talk him into and after we did this excursion he said he definitely wants to come back. Too and his wife were excellent tour guides. They knew a lot of the history of the country and could really explain the cenotes. The cenotes were beautiful, we went early and it was really remarkable. The atv ride is just that, riding trails around the park.they even had a snack for us at the end.

This trip is double the price that similar Cancun excursions are but I chose this one because of the good reviews. I took it as a guarantee of timeliness, cleanliness, and fun. It ended up being just our group of four (I believe others had cancelled) and we really got the VIP experience. It was definitely a highlight in my Cancun trip

Kurosh made the experience memorable. I liked how everything was organized from the hotel pickup to visiting each place for the excursion. Since we arrived early, we never had to wait to do the next excursion and was able to spend a good amount of time at each excursion. This is definitely a plus in my book. Kurosh took pics and videos so we wouldn’t get our phone wet and then air dropped it to us. I was scared to jump off zipline over the cenote. He was so patient with me and said just go when you’re ready or just go down the steps. Visiting the Cenote‘s was definitely a highlight for me I felt so refreshed and renewed. I enjoyed the zip lining just wished the lines was higher and faster!!! Atv in the Jungle was very bumpy and did come back with a slight headache. The tacos were good (only ate the chicken ones) and was amazed that most of the food came from the garden at the cenote. Overall, I had an amazing time and would highly recommend Kurosh!! Thank you and next time when you say “Let goooo” I will. 😉
