Pick up starts at 8am, depending your hotel location the time may change, we will contact you by email ton confirm the exact pick up time and location. We do pick up major hotels in Cancun up to Puerto Morelos, if you hotel in not deserved by our route we will set the closest pick up point.

What To Expect

Begin with pickup at your hotel in Cancun or the Rivera Maya, then travel to Puerto Morelos in an air-conditioned van. Meet snorkeling guides upon arrival, who will give a safety briefing and introduction to snorkeling equipment and technique.

Board a boat into Puerto Morelos Reef National Park, motoring to your first snorkel location, a deeper-water section of the park where you’ll spend 45 minutes swimming above bright fish and a thriving reef. Continue to a second location with a shallow reef that showcases a different set of coral types and fish species, which often include the sergeant major fish, rays, barracudas, and sea turtles.

Dry off and return to shore: at the time of booking, you’ll have the option to reserve your place for lunch and drinks at ‘La Panza es Primero,’ a Tex-Mex restaurant with a Mexican wrestling theme, bright décor, and a palapa dining room with views of the ocean. After lunch, this tour concludes with return transfer to your accommodations.

Friendly knowledgeable snorkeling crew. We saw it all: schools of tropical fish, stingray, nurse shark, turtle, coral reef so close you could have touched it. Lunch was decent.

Everything was great! The trip was on-time and it all went as hoped. To inexperienced snorkelers, it was fantastic. First, Charlie our guide gave great instructions on how to move with the ocean - not fight it, how to properly lay in the water to breath air not water, and how to see better under the water. Second, having never snorkeled in the ocean, we thought all the things we saw were fantastic: the reef itself, colored fish, strangely shaped fish, a ray, and an eel. Charlie saw the eel and was able to bring us all around to see it hiding under an overhang. Third, the lunch was big and very adequate. Everyone was nice and professional.
