Overview

This experience offers a half-day full of outdoor adventure in the Riviera Maya. After hotel pickup from Cancun or elsewhere along the Riviera Maya, head into the jungle—once arrived, take part in three adventure sports: all-terrain vehicle (ATV) rides, ziplining over treetops, and swimming in a cenote. This experience includes a Maya-style lunch.

I recommend booking this excursion! My family and I enjoyed everything about this excursion. Our tour guide “O” was amazing! He took his time explaining what to expect before and after each activity. He was funny and did a good job of making sure we remain safe throughout the day. If you want to have an amazing time, please ask for “O”. My family didn’t felt rushed during any of the activities. Everyone was very nice from the transportation guy to everyone at the park. It is super organized, and I will definitely book this excursion again. I would recommend bringing extra money for souvenirs and to purchase food at the end of the excursion. You do get a free lunch of two tacos however, you’re going to want more food once you smell the aroma of everything.

A big disappointment

The advertisement is misleading. Do not schedule any other excursions the same day as this one. It’s advertised as 3 hours however you will be there for more than 7 hours. You have to wait until all groups have finished the activities before you are transported back to the hotel (if you opt to be picked up). The advertised ATV pictures where you are riding through mud is false. You do not get dirty at all.. u ride down a rocky dirt rd and that’s about it. You are not permitted to bring your cell ph while atv’ing and ziplining bc they want you to pay for the pictures they capture which are not of good quality. This company appear to be new and understaffed. Felt very unorganized and took up a lot of time. The lunch they provide is cold chicken and veggies with rubbery fajita wraps. Drink options is water or rice water. The best part is the Cenote.. absolutely beautiful!! I hope this feedback is received and improvements are made.

Matt was a great tour guide and Esteban was a wonderful personal photographer! We were not too thrilled about the “no phones” policy at first but honestly it was for the best to ensure our safety and we could enjoy the moment more without worrying about taking pictures ourselves!! For everything that was included and even purchasing all the photos that were taken throughout the activities, super great price all-in-all! So so glad we decided to venture out during our honeymoon and do this - it was a blast!

The entire experience was rushed. Experience was based on photos being taken by staff in order to get money. I was injured badly on zip line due to staff not being present and rushing. Staff was supposed to be present at the end of zip line, but left location to begin the next activity. Poorly supervised. Atv only went in circles around the jungle. Food was horrible. The activity times are misleading. Activity said it would be 3 hours and 30 min but it was really 7.I was told I would be returning at 4pm but did not return to the hotel until 7:30pm. The pricing for pictures were ridiculous and when trying to purchase I was practically ignored by the manager and employees. Although the pricing was inexpensive, I would not recommend if you want to be safe.
