Overview

Test your driving skills to the max and feel the adrenaline pump as you roar over rocks, mud, hills and descents on this all-terrain vehicle (ATV) adventure. But there's more to this door-to-door tour than ATVs alone. If your hotel is not listed, means you need to go to a special meeting point, please let us know in which hotel are you gonna stay so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the meeting point and pick-up time. This service has two different schedules, the first one is for a morning tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 8:00 to 8:30 am, TULUM ZONE between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We will be arriving to the park at 9:30 am. The second is for a noon tour and the pick up is at: CANCUN AND PLAYA DEL CARMEN ZONE between 12:00 to 12:30 Pm, TULUM ZONE between 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. We will be arriving to the park at 1:30 pm. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact pick up time via mail or via text message. For Tulum hotels and airbnbs the special meeting point will be Super Aki Tulum Supermarket at downtown. Please consider transportation times for your pick up and drop off.

It is recommended to bring a change of clothes, towel, closed shoes, bathing suit, biodegradable sunscreen and repellent, sunglasses and bandana.

In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.
In case someone offer you an upgrade plus before your travel date please contact customer care department.
ATV Insurance is included you don´t need to pay extra fee
Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
Weight limit restriction is strictly observed.
For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Not the best

Mat was great. But the booking is confusing. I booked double with the higher package and still had to pay for drinks and food if I wanted. After they get you checked in. They try to sell you the vip for better food and more time in the cenote. It's all the same I wish I didn't pay for the vip it wasn't vip at all. There wasn't extra time and everything was rushed, I think because of the Super Bowl. The atv was rocky as f and I got whip lash from it. Zip line was great. Food was 1/10 the people made it fun

Good atv and ziplines, the kiteboard was a great zipline experience. The enhanced upgrade for private cenote and tacos was well worth it. If you are coming from tulum note that this is more like a full day experience not a half day

Riding the atv’s was both challenging and fun. The Zipline experience was a blast. The Cenote drop of 14 feet into very cold water was refreshing.

It takes more than 8hourssss!!!!!!! Be aware

When I booked this excursion. It said start from 11am. Total approximately 4hours. But they picked us up at 11:45am. In the car for another 1hour 15. Then head to ATV and wait for another 40mins. Then do ATV,zipline and sink hole. After all that. Went back to the place and wait for 1 more hour for the bus to pick us up. Another 1hour 15mins drove back to hour hotel. So they dropped us off at 8pm!!!!!!! The cenote has no signal. We can’t call to cancel our dinner at 6:30pm The whole trip is more than 8hours!!!!!! This is ridiculous…. They want u to wait for others and ur wait time+ ur transportation is around 4hours. Keep it in mind that it’s not 4hours like advertising. Don’t book this excursion if u don’t have time or u have a another excursion. U will be late!!!!

Great vacation experience

Javier was wonderful. The tour guide Eric was great as well. Wonderful experience and the we definitely got our bang for our buck. A one stop experience shop for sure. Decided the one star due to the astronomical pricing of the photos at the end.

My family and I went on the Atv trail, we followed that with the Ziplines, the Cenote, and then lunch. We also tried and purchased some Tequila. The entire experience was fun. There was sufficient time allotted to all activities of the day.

Not worth it

Complete chaos! Very unorganized. Overbooked so when we got there we were waiting for 1.5 just to do the first activity. The atv tour was short and not very fun. There was not a staff member on each platform for the zip lines so we were waiting for like 10 min on each platform so they could get staff to go on the platforms. There was so much waiting around. The cenote was not bad and the food was not bad but the fact that we spend more time waiting than doing the activities was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this tour.

We had a great time!!! Driver picked us up on time. It took us about an hour to get to the location. Felt like when we got there, they tried to get us to buy things that we didn't really need. We bought the water shoes, but didn't really need it. We also bought the plastic case for the cell phone and didn't need that either. They don't let you bring your phone on the zip line or ATV riding portion of the excursion. This is so you can't take any pics b/c they try to sell you your pics at the end of the excursion. Lunch wasn't the best, but it was edible. Swimming in the cenote and ATV riding was best! I did enjoy the tequila tasting as well. Staff was super nice :) After lunch we did sit around longer than necessary, but it was still fine. Overall, it was a great experience.

This tour was very fun but our driver was late and it felt like the experience was shortened. The cenote is a MUST do! I can’t swim for to save my life (FYI) but they give you life vests and it was the best decision to go in. It’s a huge sinkhole. — for no swimmers and not a dare devil, take the stairs into the cenote or zip line into it to get rid of the nerves. The AtV was AWESOMEEEE! Super huge rocks though, so drive carefully and have fun! Zip lines were fun as well. Overall our guide Deigo was great! Super entertaining!
