      Our Adrenaline park is located at La Ruta de los Cenotes KM 19, in Puerto Morelos, if you don´t need transportation and you prefer to drive let us know and we will provide you all the instructions to get to our park.

    We offer round transportation from different hotels in Cancun and Puerto Morelos, if your hotel is outside of this area please inform us the hotel name and we will pick you up for a minimum extra cost of the transportation per person. For airbnb we will meet you at the nearest meeting point, so please provide us your address.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    They stole my money and refused to pick me up!

    I got scammed by this company and they never came to pick me up from the meeting point in Playa del Carmen. Their policy is no changes in 24 hours prior to the trip but the night before the trip they sent me an email saying they didn’t have the transportation as promised and they wanted me to provide my own. I wasted my time waiting for them on second street and now they won’t give me the money back either.

    Thank you for reaching out, and I'm truly sorry to hear about your experience. We always strive to provide the best service possible to our customers. I want to clarify that we did make every effort to accommodate your transportation needs. We attempted to communicate with you from the moment you made the reservation, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response. As your hotel was located far from the transportation area, we suggested a meeting point just 10 minutes away for your convenience. Despite waiting there for your arrival, you did not show up. When we managed to reach you by phone, you informed us that you couldn't make it. We have since refunded the majority of your payment, retaining only $7 to cover our transportation costs. Please understand that this was not a case of withholding your money but rather a necessary measure to cover our expenses. We value every customer's experience and take feedback seriously. However, it's important to clarify that we did not act inappropriately or engage in any dishonest practices.
