Our driver texted where to meet him, patiently waited while we tracked down our luggage, offered cold drinks from the cooler in the van, and made a stop so we could shop for groceries (for a reasonable additional charge) before dropping us off at our condo. Recommend.

Very disappointing, waited at airport for over an hour. Driver should have been waiting with a sign ready to transport us to resort. We are not happy with the company.

The driver was an hour late for pickup. Should have been there for 9:30am pickup and we did not get picked up until 10:40am. The booking also stated waters and sodas would be available and that was not the case

We arrived at the airport and nobody was there to pick us up. I called and was told that the driver was not there yet, because our flight came in early. The driver arrived an hour late for our original pickup time. Very unreliable service. I would not use them again or recommend.
Stranded us at the airport

I booked this service 3 months prior to our trip and they called us to cancel as I was at baggage claim (after confirming several times). The said they didn't have a van big enough (but had my booking for 3 months). I requested 2 separate cars then and they said no.... left us stranded at the airport with 5 kids on a crowded day. After an hour and negotiating with other shuttles, I ended up paying $100 more for a last minute shuttle. I DO NOT recommend this service.

My I itial driver Luis left us at the airport. When reaching him, he suggested we pY fir a taxi to the hotel and he would reimburse me.i had to call the vendor for another ride.

The driver was not there to pick us up at the airport. We had to call and wait 20 minutes. The driver was 30 minutes late to pick us up at the hotel. Did not even offer us drinks and had the nerve to ask for a tip. The cars were clean and did get us to our resort quickly. But then we were only 15 minutes away. The wait should not be longer than the ride
