The transfer was advertised for $8/ person to Cancun hotels in hotel zone. After booking, the ticket shows that is good only for Moon Palace Hotel. After l contacted the operator l was told that l had to pay $7 more per person es an actra cost for my destination in hotel zone. As the booking was less than 24 hours from the starting time l was not able to camcel it, but accepted it. I contacted Viator 3 times, but they never responded back to me with an explanation as they promised. Over all is just a trap from operator offering a price that they honor for only one hotel, and ask for extra $ to take yoy to other hotels. Viator and people do not need such a scheme.

After I paid for a round trip I was informed 24 hours later that they wouldn’t honor my transportation from hotel to airport on my departure date unless I pay an additional $11.00 . After I paid the additional $11 I still never heard back from anyone pretty much leaving me stranded in a foreign country. Send multiple messages and email and still never heard back from anyone. Absolutely horrible service, never again will I use this company

We paid in advance, but then were told we had to pay more for the trip back because no one was going that way and it would be considered ‘private.’ We were also asked for more money on the way to the hotel, but we said no. Because of not wanting a ‘private’ trip, we waited at airport for almost an hour to see if anyone else wanted a ride.

I would book this shuttle service again. The tour operator was easy to communicate with. Very friendly driver as well. We arrived at Cancun airport and it was busy. We didn’t even have to spend any time looking for them as one of their crew was already there coming to find us.

After booking round trip, I arrived on time and you tried to sell me a quicker private trip. Then you said 20 minutes. Then at 35 I said I would just get a cab. Then I was informed that the service would not return me to the airport because 7 am was too early for the service. Feels more like another bait and switch tactic

No issues whatsoever; they were very proactive in reaching out to me on when I would arrive and when I needed to leave. The were on time for both pick and drop off. The other reviews did make me nervous at first but I bought it because the price was the most reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. *Also, I had a delay in my flight by about 30-45 minutes and they still arrived right within 10 minutes of me notifying them I had just landed.
