Dear Customer. To get to your hotel there are 2 routes and the drivers check the GPS to see which is the fastest route because it is the day of your trip, there was an accident on the main route, if the driver left on that route you would also miss the meeting of your wedding.

The car was terrible. We were expecting an SUV. they were an hour late. Do not use this group! No air conditioning in the back.

On our platform we do not have luxury cars. The air conditioning went out on the way to the hotel and the driver asked you if you wanted to continue the trip like that. and your answer was yes. So you complain about it.

All a scam now.

I was not picked up. The driver did not respond to the number when texted, so I had to deal with a pack of scammers to get a decent priced ride to the hotel. The driver then called a couple hours later from a different number and pretended to not have access the number that I texted. I then called that number and heard myself in the background when he picked up.

My dear. Unfortunately you did not follow the instructions where the meeting point is. The driver was waiting for you for 2 hours at the meeting place in terminal 4, there are 2 exits and you went to the wrong exit where the pirate taxis are.

The ride back was good, however, our pickup from the airport was delayed by 45 minutes and the car was really small. It was extremely uncomfortable ride to the hotel. When I complained about the car, the operator told me too bad and if I don’t like the vehicle, i can take a taxi and I will not be refunded. Very disappointed in his behaviour.

Omg I was so nervous because I was flying in the country alone because I’ve heard horror stories of taxi transportation but this service made my trip so easy my driver was easily accessible I called when I got to the meeting spot Margaritaville right outside the airport he held a sign with only my name he was helpful with my luggage very friendly and cheerful I will be booking with the company any time I visit and with highly recommended to friends and family.

Paid for a private transfer on Viator. I've used other private transfers and never waited more than 5 minutes. We Waited 45 minutes at the margartiville as instructed- no one with Viator sign with my name- I called by phone 5x and texted on WhatsApp as instructed no answer. I WhatsApp Viator help line, finally at 50 minutes did this company attempt to contact me. We would have been better off with the shared free transport from palace elite and waited the same amount of time. Very disappointed and especially with Viator- they don't stand by their companies- requested a refund and they denied. Will be disputing charge with Amex platinum This was not the service promised not even close..
