Pickup details

IF you sleect our option with transportation, the exact pick up time is sent after booking. Pick ups available in all the hotels in the Cancun Area (Hotel Zone and Downtown). Our guide will pick you up at your hotel's lobby. He will come down of the van and call out your name. He will wear a red t-shirt and a banner with our logo on it.

Never even got picked up by the company for my excursion and was unable to contact anyone via phone, email, Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. As a travel agent myself, I would be very weary of sending my guests with a company that is so unprofessional.

The food was amazing, and we certainly had plenty of it! However, there was nothing about murals or artwork within the city. We were somewhat disappointed. However, if you are just looking for a gastronomic delight, this tour is just perfect.

On the first day of our vacation, my family and I waited in front of our hotel for a pickup that never happened. Disappointing—it was too late to book another activity for that day. My impression was that the woman from the tour company who answered the phone was very uncaring. She didn’t offer an explanation or apology, although with some persistence I was able to confirm that they had our reservation. We ended up rebooking for another day. Fortunately “take 2” went off without a hitch. Diego, our tour guide, was knowledgeable and friendly, and made sure everyone felt comfortable. This was a great opportunity to sample authentic Mexican food away from the tourist areas. The market was an interesting inclusion and welcome break from eating. We were completely satisfied. No mention of murals, though.

Alexis was great giving us more information about the food and educate you about their food history and Leo thank you for driving us around and bringing us home safely! Gee was awesome. Angel was an fantastic driver. Gee was super knowledgeable and dealt with my family's bombardment of questions. This whole tour was perfect down to the food and the market. This is my second tour with this company, did one last year. Still absolutely on top of it. Hoping the libre one will be available next year!

Great food, great tour guide (Sasha), and great friendly service! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Second time for us and different locations we tried! Will do it again next year! Awesome way to get out and see the town, mingle with locals, and try authentic cuisine from the small businesses.

It's perfect! This tour is wonderful! Our bellies were full! Gie and Angel are wonderful tour guide and driver. The 5 places were excellent. Plus, we get to partake on cooking class making corn tortillas as a bonus part of our tour. Two thumbs up!

Our tour guide. G, and our driver, Alex were wonderful. All of the stops on our tour had delicious food and drinks. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and fun. The tour was really educational and enjoyable. Would highly recommend! Great way to get off of the resorts and see the real Cancún!

Such a wonderful experience for my 1 year old and I to do on our last day. Our guide Roy was so informative and even took us to see the Cancun sign on the way. Our driver Alex was also super sweet!!! It was so awesome to learn more about the culture and eat food we never would have found on our own.

No one ever picked me up at my meeting location. I need a full refund. I tried several times to get someone on the phone as well as respond to the app and WhatsApp. Very disappointing

DO NOT EAT FOR AT LEAST 12 hrs b4 this tour!…😂…man we did the morning tour with Alexi! He arrived promptly and did a great job explaining the foods and murals. Food was yummmmmmyyyyy….mostly succulent pulled pork in various preparations…I like the drive tru the towns or city. The local restaurants are cool and with awesome food. The walk tru the market was quite interesting. Very colorful and informative tour!!
