Horses and ATV disappointing
Kristin_R, Apr 2024
Horse back riding down a gravel road was very disappointing. The cenote was a lot of fun and very beautiful. But way too short. we were only there 30 minutes. Zip lining was also very fun. We enjoyed the tequila tasting. It was very informative. The ATV ride was very disappointing. Riding on a gravel road was no fun and extremely dusty. We enjoyed our guide Raul and the paparazzo. Overall rating B

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed some aspects of your experience, such as the beautiful Cenote, zip lining, and the informative tequila tasting. We apologize that the horseback riding and ATV ride didn't meet your expectations due to the gravel road conditions and dust. We'll take your comments into consideration to improve those aspects for future guests. We appreciate your positive mention of Raul and the paparazzo. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future. What To Do In Cancun Customer service team

Not worth the money
Emma_J, Apr 2022
This activity was supposed to be 5 hours long, starting at 9:30am. We got started at 10:30, about an hour late, due to traffic (no one at the agency's fault). I anticipated we would lose 1 hour of our time because of the traffic, but then we were finished with ALL 4 activities and the food by 1:30 rather than 2:30, so we really only got 3 hours total. All of the activities were VERY rushed. The horse riding was ok, but it was just a short trail through the trees around a polo field. We were only given 10 minutes to swim in the cenote, not enough time to do much. I'd recommend bringing a change of dry clothes as you may do the cenote first, last, or in the middle of the other activities. The zip lining was fun, but nothing special compared to other zip line courses. The ATV ride was short and due to the larger size of the group it was a slow ride with a lot of stop-and-go movement. You'll have to leave anything you bring in lockers at each activity. At the horses there werent locks on the lockers. Make sure you bring cash as the lockers at some activies require a $10 deposit (it is returned when you return the key). You'll also need cash for tips for the staff members if you choose to give them tips. You can't take your phone/camera with you on any of the activities and they charge a lot (lowest price $69USD) for some average-quality photos they take. The food provided is 2 very small tacos (fish, pork, or vegetarian). If you want any other food or drinks - including water - you have to pay extra (but make sure you bring your own water and drink it as you're rushed between activities because we didnt have any opportunities to purchase water until the end). We ordered one appetizer and the staff brought us 2, when we said we only wanted the one we ordered they got kind of were pushy and tried to convince us to take (and undoubtedly pay for) both of them. One good thing - our guide Diego was very friendly and helpful, it was unfortunate that we were so rushed and were unable to talk with him more. Overall the activities were ok but nothing special and very rushed, not something I would ever spend money to do with this agency again.

Dear Emma, Thank you very much for your kind feedback. All our clients reviews of their experience are important for us, it helps us to continue improving our service. Our activites are designed to be half day tour, this way our clients could enjoy the first or last part of their day relaxing or enjoying a nice family time back at the resort. Please know. providing a safe environment for all our visitors is the most important part for us. this is why the used of electronic device could be dsngerous while participating in the ATV part or the Zip Line, as we need for them to have their hands free and grab on properly. This minimize the risk of injuries or accidents. Here is where our photograph staff comes in to capture all the great moments during your activities, this way you will only have to concentrate on having fun and smile! We will definately look into the time of the activites you mentioned. We want to thank you again for taking the time to write the review of your experience and we hope to have another opportunity to host your visit.
