Messed up communication on pickup

Supposed to be a 12pm event. Was picked up at 1pm. The communication was a mess, had to call viator customer service over and over again because the operator does not pick up the phone. And all the viator can do is that they will leave the message to operator to pick up as soon as possible. Finally got into touch with operator but they made excuses, said like driver had a flat tire. I asked the driver if he had flat tire. He said I was not in the list in the first place and later he got a call around 12:30 to pick me up. Other than that, activities are good. Cenote might be one of the smallest of all.

It is a nice experience if you do it for the first time in your life. First, even if you reserve this experience for 12pm, you'll be picked up at 1pm. Second, between the pick ups and a long drive you are losing about 1.30-1:45 of your time. Third, we were really rushed through activities. Cenote swimming was barely 15 minutes. Forth, the 9ffered lunch was an experience on it's own... we were just shoved 3 small empanados. There were empty trays from rice and fruits that no one seemed to care about. Despite these negatives, we still had a good time thanks to a wonderful guide!

Carlos & his crew were very good guides, made us comfortable on the zip line, ATV & I was able to participate in the cenote. Jungle kingdom is a good company to do this with.

Viator had a wonderful trip for us ! The cenote swim also had an optional jump 25’ down into the cenote or use stairs ! Was a good option to jump for some people !! The horseback was nice and not too long, ATVs were great ! Long drive on atv’s so nice ! Zip lines were so fun and highly recommend this entire tour !

Worth every penny!! Best experience ever! Reno our instructor was amazing! Tequila tasting was awesome has to be the best tequila I’ve ever had! Zip line, Arc’s and the Cenote!! I most definitely will book every time I come!

Great value for the price! I’ve done another excursion with zip lining and atv rides and cenotes , and it was a lot more challenging, detailed, included than this experience, BUT you can’t beat this experience for the price! Aaron was super cool and helpful! The tacos were good, although I wish there was a fish option for the pescatarians. The zip lines were short and not challenging!

Tony was A Great Tour Guy !!! Everyone is very funny and Very Friendly. There’s another guy that everyone called jaguar because he would come up and just scare everyone with the jaguar calling . SUPER FUNNY !! I recommend 100000%

Driver was late for 1 hour without any notification. Cenote pictures were misleading …..local staff was friendly but would not really recommend this activity. The drive was 4 hours back and forward

Schedules are not respected I booked for 9 am they picked us up for 11 am. We're told the duration of the tour however they fail to include the transportation time. We almost missed a night tour we had. We had to pay a driver to take us out before the ATVs because the schedule was pushed back so much. If you book this experience be prepared to wait and don't have anything planned for later because we who knows what time you will be back

Excursion was fun, but not for families. Van ride to site was out of control. Passengers vaping, twerking and VERY loud explicit music. An driver didn’t stop vaping, my husband had to stop the other passengers. Overall ok, but this was not for families.

Pros: We came with a group of eight ladies for my little sister‘s bachelorette party. We have to say, it was definitely a full day replete with a lot of fun! My personal favorite part was the ATVs because the course was about 45 minutes to an hour long. My friends really enjoyed the cenote, but we didn’t staying very long because we got pretty cold (Florida problems lol). The staff was so upbeat and attentive! I really loved how they had so much humor and energy. The restaurant at the end provided delicious authentic tacos. Bring a snack for the meantime because it’s a long day! Cons: while the photos were a great quality, they quoted different prices to different people that made no sense. We had a group of eight, and one person did not wish to get the photos, so their updated pricing for the package was higher than the original for eight people. We also heard of a couple that got charged more than double what we did per person. The bar guy also determines a price based on where you come from.

Wonderful experience. The pick you up from your hotel, bring you to a very welcoming restaurant/activity grounds and the zip lining was so scary and fun, if your a first timer the got your back the staff know what there doing and are very safe

We had SO much fun!!! It was an entire day activity and every single part was a blast. The staff is super friendly and excited about their job and it is really fun to meet the other tourists as well. Definitely recommended!!

The staff was great! Exploring and ATVing was fun and enjoyable. They took pictures for us that you were able to buy at the end if you’re looking for that accommodation. Would def do it again!
