I did not have the best experience. When I first areived to check in I was given the run around. The instructions on where to meet or who to look for was vague. It took over an hour before someone could find me in the system because no one ever provided the boat company my reservation number. Aside from the late check in due to poor miscommunication the overall excursion was a great time

Thank you for sharing your experience. We sent the locations and explained who to look for, however, you arrived at a different place. Your waiting time was not for an hour, it was less that 30 minutes and it was because of a late arrival. The name of the Catamaran place was provided too. It's always important to follow instruccions calmly to avoid confusions We are glad to know that you had a great time at the tour, Isla Mujeres is a gorgeous place to visit and to explore. We are sorry for the issues for the check in, we hope to welcome you again soon
