    There are SOOOO many cenotes in this area. This one is good but deep down and not as swim friendly as some others. As for the tour, Bring YOUR OWN water and snacks, it's a LONG time before they feed you the Mexican lunch or give you a full size cup for an actual drink. The crew was friendly enough but seemed more programmed to sell you upgrades then to ensure they are giving you the once in a lifetime experience you came far and paid ALOT for.

    The experience was great, I loved the zip line and cenote. But they don’t allow phones for pictures on the zip line nor ATV. Please pack a waterproof case. They charge 15 usd per picture and 20 for video. They do give deals on the whole purchase. They do ask for tips towards the end along with the driver. They also extra charge for locker and insurance for the ATV, which I recommend. And that’s on top of the 700 or something pesos for the park entry fee.

    The zip lining was the first thing we did and it was very fun everything was great and the atv was good too and the cenote I had the best time ever

    Trip cancelled by operator day before due to parks being closed on New Year's day. The date should not have been available for reservations. Last minute activity offered for speedboat which cost additional money and no transportation provided despite fully paying for cancelled activity that included transportation and not being reimbursed.

    We loved this experience. Annie and Gil were amazing and took care of everything. When there were delays they kept us updated. Very well coordinated and very helpful.

    He didn’t show up on Time it had to cancel but he didn’t want to refund my money and noted it was also raining. They just interested in your money really really bad

    We thank you so much for sharing your comment and we want to inform you that you cancelled the tour in the last minute and in this case we are not able to provide any type of refund, this is described in the cancelation policy, in this case we offered you to reschedule for any other date but you didn´t accept.

    Booking information is very misleading. I only booked for ATV, because I did not want to be there all day. Got there and was still offered to do all 4 activities, which was cool. We missed our dinner reservations because it took so long to get back to the resort. Also, taxes were not included in the booking and we had to pay even more upon arrival. Unfortunately, we had to change the date on the booking, that was also fan additional fee. These people will charge you for every little thing. The atv ride was kind of boring because we kept stopping. I've been riding atv's since I was 12, and I prefer to have a consistent ride. The person in front of me had his cell phone and was afraid he would lose it, so he he kept stopping and/or slowing down to secure his phone. The tour guide didn't seem to notice that but because this guy was in the front, he was slowing down everyone else. Also, if you don't do any of the other activities, then you have to wait for the other people. I wasted too much money and too much time wit this. I think it would've been a good time if I at least had a good ride. Can't say that I will or won't try them again. It is what it is. F.Y.I this is an all day adventure and hidden costs

    Thank you very much for the comment. We understand that the transportation experience was long. However, this relates to traffic issues that are situations totally unrelated to the company and that it is out of our hands to control. Remember that transportation is shared so we have to pick up more clients along the way and at the end of the activities. We also leave you back at your hotel, which is why the return becomes more complicated when you book your stay in the hotels furthest from the park. However, we offer the Tour at the time and duration indicated in the description. We hope you understand that the return time is complicated by situations external to us. We also hope to be your host in the future and we thank you once again for your preference.
