Overview

Journey into the heart of the Mayan jungle, along the Ruta de los Cenotes. This is the only tour in the Riviera Maya that takes you to know the four known types of cenotes that exist in nature: semi-open, open, ancient, and cavern. Have fun with activities including rappelling, zip lining, kayaking, swimming, and more then refuel with a delicious picnic lunch.

    Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Aloft Tulum The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

    • Confirmation will be received at time of booking
    • Not wheelchair accessible
    • Not recommended for travelers with back problems
    • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
    • No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
    • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
    • It is not possible to change the date on the day of your visit
    • For the zip line activity a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 88lb are required.
    • The minimum age for Xenotes is 6 years old.
    • Child ID may be required
    • The tours does not allow any pregnant person, people with recent surgery or any important medical condition
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

    Cancellation Policy

    You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

    Aldo was our amazing guide of the day and made sure things went safely and seamlessly . I lost my glasses at the first stop (100% my fault!) and the staff here FOUND MY GLASSES at the bottom of a cenote. Unreal!! Thanks so much to the whole team who made sure my family (including 9 year old daughter) had an incredible time. This tour is great for anyone from adventurous to totally chicken (tons of places to just sit out if needed). I can’t say enough about this tour— thank you thank you thank you!

    It is by far the best excursion you can do in Cancun. Thrilling adventurous, exciting informative and so much fun. Our Tour guide Adrian was amazing. Our for Photographer Miguel did a wonderful job. If you don't go on this particular excursion you will definitely have missed the best part of your trip.

    Did not turn up, when contacted told there was not enough space for us on the tour and it’s our fault for booking “too late”. Even though they took the booking and our money. Will be doing a credit card charge back as they still have not refunded our $600.

    Im sorry you had to go throug all this in a tour with us, im sure we try our best but as a policy in our Tour that was not taken we did a 100% refund of the money you paid, if this never happend please contact your booking mediator to give you a solution, and if you ever come back we will gladly assis you. and show what an amazing tour this is.

    This was exceptionally amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Our guide was excellent. Make sure you bring water shoes and I highly recommend a go-pro!
