Pickup details

- The time shown on your ticket is NOT your pick up time - You will receive the pick-up time one day before the tour between 1 and 2 pm, each hotel has a different pick-up time, please check your email including the SPAM folder. If you have not received the pick-up details before 2 pm and your excursion is the next day, please contact us by Whatsapp. - If we do not have pick-up availability at your accommodation, you will be assigned the closest meeting point to your hotel. - The pick up time is set according to your location and the availability of the tour. - Travelers who do not provide a hotel name as a pick-up location at least 24 hours in advance will automatically be assigned the meeting point at the Smart Cancun by Oasis Hotel. -We do not offer pick up service at any airbnb or private addresses.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

El paseo fue muy bueno, pena que no dio tiempo de visitar las escultureas pues habia dos horas de espera a la entrada y quedo fuera del itinerario...gracias al equipo por el atendimiento tan bueno..

Solo me gustaría aclarar para los viajeros que lean este comentario que la escultura que no pudo ver fue la de madre tierra, pero Tulum, Coba y el resto del itinerario las visitaron sin inconveniente. Ha sido un placer poder servirles, esperamos poder atenderlos nuevamente muy pronto.
