    The supplier is entitled to assign a meeting point even if your hotel is listed Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Wyndham Garden Cancun Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas(contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, the meeting point will be at the Hotel Aloft Tulum, there is no other pick up point. The pick up time is set according to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

    • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
    • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
    • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
    • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
    • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

    We arrived at the park around 10 am and got back to our hotel around 10 pm. While it was a long day, it was a ton of fun.

    Xcaret is an amazing and huge park filled with plenty activities and shows It is indeed a long adventure, but it's worth it all the way Thank you for letting us share this adventure with you
