Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancun or Wyndham Garden Cancún Downtown The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 07:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will not be able to provide the service.

All children of 5 years old or over will pay the child price. Children's of 12 years or over will pay the adult price

Children of 4 years old or below will travel for free sitting on lap
All infants are required to be registered in the booking, otherwise they will not have access to the transportation
Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price
Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price
All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat. You need to have ID to confirm the age of the child
If you a re a guest of the Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen the park is located 15 minutes minutes away nexto to the hotel, guests need to go by themselves to the park main entrance, hotel conciergel always help to the customers to get to the park
The boarding pass tour operator sends you a blank one and it is mandatory to print it. Remember that the white one is the correct one, not the green viator purchase receipt.
This tour/activity will have a maximum of 45 travelers

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Swimming with sharks was a once in a lifetime amazing experience. The staff... and they were everywhere.. were incredibly kind and helpful. However the opportunity to print a map prior or acquire one there would be very very helpful

Need to visit if you're in Cancun!

Pretty cool.. First timers on our honeymoon. Loved your snorkeling equipment and how it covers your face too and you can breathe through them. Will for sure be back, Lots of walking so we aren't sure what we missed. But had a good time. I would put some warning signs by the part and man made pol that connects to the ocean because them waves ain't no joke. But we still had a really good time. How do we get our photos?

I had the best day going to Xcaret water park. I didn't realize how much you can experience while visiting. This was an amazing experience that I will cherish for a lifetime. My son and I did a lot there and we ran out of time because there is so much to do. I went swimming with the dolphins, and in the underground cave. My son did the simi dive with sting rays and fish. I loved this experience and would love to do it again some day. Thank you, Suzette & Sean

In the wrong park!

Pl don’t make the same mistake as me - I was looking for the river float with stalactites. This one that we see in the pictures is in X plor park!! Recommendation form future visitor - pl do the river float before lunch. In this way you will get to the opposite side of the park where the river ends and they bring your stuff. Please eat lunch at the seafood peninsula buffet. Best location!!!! Pl reconsider Adrenalina boat ride. Hurts your neck. I have been taking a lot of Advil. Next time I would choose dinner with the evening show. 7 course meal with alcohol and premium seating for only $65 per person. Unfortunately we had a late lunch . Timing at this park is everything 😂

Not a water park!

This is not a water park! This is more of zoo with very minimum amount of animals. All of the best activities that are advertised are extra. After spending almost $400 for transport and food. We could not bring ourselves to pay between $50-$65 per activity. Not worth our time and money. If you are staying in the hotel zone, this is a 1.5 hours of drive time to the zoo/park. So 3 hours of your day driving.
