The tour operator needs to stay true to their word

I gave this tour 3 stars. Because when I booked it 2 weeks before I arrived they advised me that I will be picked up from my hotel. The night before I was advised my hotel was to far. The tour guide did not speak English at all which is what I requested. The boat ride to the first island was super rough. The snockling part was super fun especially because I am not a strong swimmer. The second third and forth island was super crowded and someone is always asking if you would like to purchase something 🙄. Overall I would probably do a private tour next time and make sure they speak English. However I will say the tour guide tried his very best to make sure I was ok each island we went to.

The idea of island hopping is really nice, but it turned out to be a lot more exhausting and less enjoyable than we had anticipated. All the stops were wonderful, but there are a number of logistical challenges: 1) it takes extremely long for everyone to get off and on the boat, 2) the boat ride was not comfortable at all, 3) we were rushed from one place to the next with either very little time to do anything OR it was so packed and difficult to enjoy. This tour has great potential and the guide Eduardo was absolutely AWESOME, but I hope the logistical issues can be resolved, else it's really only suitable for the young and adventurous (hence I cannot in good conscience recommend to friends of my age).
