It was excellent. A very informative tour. A learned a lot about Cartagena and its history. Raphael was a great tour guide. Well educated. Answered all our questions. Showed up on time for my pickup. Overall great experience. Got my money’s worth.

Terrible experience wasted my time

Missed the whole tour, I asked them for the time and they gave the green light. However, when it came on the actual day of the tour for pickup, they then asked me to just take a ride to some location, then change it to being cancelled because supposedly some tour members were running late. Then, they apologized and offered their other tours but why would I go to your other tours if you can't even do a simple pickup.

Amazing! We learned and saw so much of the city. It was all worth it. The tour guides spoke in English and Spanish as our tour had people who spoke both languages. We learned about the rich history. It was informative and delightful. Also coming into an Air-Conditioned van after the Cartagena heat was great as well.

Hopefully everyone gets Nico when they take this tour . He is the absolute best guide in the entire city . I try and schedule all my tours with him as this was the third time I used him . This tour is well worth the price of admission. 10 out of 10 for me .

Best regards, it is very irresponsible of you to say that, we sent you an email reminding you of the pick-up time at the Hyatt hotel lobby, we also wrote to you via WhatsApp and you did not respond to any of those messages. Additionally, the hotel told us that you were not registered at the hotel. so we notified Viator of the no show. because we cannot assume the loss of a tour.

A terrible experience, the driver showed up over an hour late and then claimed he was given the wrong address. When he showed up I was the last pickup and there no seats left. I requested a refund and was only given less than 50% of what I paid.

Bad start and Don’t understand

We had to wait from 1:30 to 3:00 at our hotel before boarding the bus after several calls to operator. And the tour was mostly in Spanish which I thought it was in English so had no idea what was said. We left the tour at Walled City since it was so late and we were hungry. I would not do this again.

I was traveling solo and the tour was amazing! They did a great job of telling all the history and even helped with photos! Others on the tour were Spanish speakers but they swapped back and forth between Spanish and English. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience for a solo traveler or group.The guide had amazing energy. I also liked that the tour was not cancelled due to rain.Unfortunately,I took the tour towards the end of my trip due to previously scheduled excursions.Definitely take the tour early in your vacation to familiarize yourself with the area!I did feel as though the tour should have been adjusted to allow more time in the old city. The tour felt very rushed at the end due to it becoming dark.
