For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

We are so happy we opted for this private boat. There were four in our group and three guys working in the boat. They were friendly, fun and accommodating. They offered drinks (bottles of water, rum punch, margaritas, beer) continuously throughout the trip. One of the guys acted as sort of a guide for us in the water, and another took photos. We stopped at three locations for snorkeling, then headed to waist deep, crystal clear water to hang out and enjoy snacks served to us on a floating table. On the way back we were shown the photos and given an option to purchase them. We decided to do so and did a quick transfer from the photographer's phone to ours. It cost $150 cash for the photos, and we got almost 80 photos. The photos were gorgeous mostly taken from under water. Would definitely book this excursion again.

From start to finish this was a great day in Cozumel!! Jorge and Diego were professional, fun and made sure we were safe. Snorkeling was great - we saw so many fish, starfish and sea turtles. The food & drink were icing on the cake. Seriously, best day of our entire weeklong trip!

We were really happy we did this trip. The snorkeling was fantastic, and the crew of La Cosita (Manuel, Omar, and the captain whose name I'm sadly forgetting) did a great job. We also appreciate the fact that we were able to get into El Cielo, since it's been rough lately, but fortunately it was open the day we went.

The crew was great. Our guide was wonderful at leading us and showing us things we may not have seen on our own. We would have liked to spend more time snorkeling and visiting more reefs. The time on the sand bar was very fun, but we would have given up the time spent there to visit another snorkeling destination. We would have preferred to have the option of a photographer on board vs having one without our asking. Overall, I would recommend this tour because of the crew and because we had a fantastic family outing (7 adults and a 3 year old)!

We had an amazing trip on Gordoo. We had a family of 6 and this boat was amazing. The crew of Jorge and Rodrigo were so fun and entertaining. They played great music, had a ceviche snack and the snorkeling was awsome!!!

Cannot recommend La Cosita and crew enough!!

Wish I could give 6 stars! Carlos, Omar, and Manuel were incredible. We did La Cosita as a private, and cannot recommend it more. Hit 4 spots, and all were fantastic. Saw a shark, manta ray, lobster, moray eel, and starfish. The tour is fantastically planned out, starting with the longest snorkel first, and each got shorter and easier, until the last one of walking on a sand bar with stingrays and floating lunch and drink. Having just our family on board, made it very easy for the boys to figure out what we liked and what pace we could go. (music, speed of snorkeling, drinks...) Again, cannot more recommend this tour for anyone! If we ever come back we are 110% coming back to this tour!!

We had a great day snorkeling on La Cosita! The crew were fabulous! We saw turtles, an eagle ray, shark and many fish. They took us to three sites. It was so nice to have a private boat. Highly recommend!

We had a great time snorkeling at the reefs and visiting el cielo beach area. We were offered margaritas and beer out to and between snorkeling and the ceviche/guac/fruit we had later were delicious. We saw sea turtles, a variety of fish, a nurse shark and a bunch of sting rays that were swimming around us while we snacked. The guys on the boat were friendly and Jorge was very attentive towards us. A photographer came along with us and took underwater photos that turned out really well that can be purchased for an additional cost.

Carlos and Omar are a delight. I would highly suggest skipping the big tours. Omar just pulled me around the ocean and would dive down to show me where fish were. So relaxing and care free. I would definitely come back and hang with these two. 😁🌴🚤

Got Cancelled Without Notice

Our family booked this tour in advance of our trip to Cozumel. We got a confirmation message 6 days prior from the operator, and also saw that our payment was taken 24 hours in advance of the trip. Unfortunately the operator then cancelled the tour without telling us. We didn't find out until we had already woken up that morning and taken a taxi to the Tortugas meeting spot. It ultimately took about 5-6 hours before we got confirmation from the tour operator that they had cancelled (without any notice) and that there were no other tours available. Obviously we were disappointed because by that time we couldn't find any alternatives with the time we had remaining in Cozumel. So was meant as a family adventure turned out to be nothing.

What an awesome day on the water! We rented the private boat tour for our group of six in Cozumel. These guys were great! Huge shout out to Carlos, Omar and Miguel! They gave us 4 hours of water time including snorkeling, rum punch and margaritas, fresh ceviche, fruit and guacamole with chips. Have you ever seen a floating appetizer table??? Neither had we. They were professional, flexible, accommodating, safe, respectful and informative. No complaints! It was an afternoon well spent. Omar took awesome underwater pictures of us snorkeling. The crew was excellent! The Ceviche was fresh and delicious. We had 5 in our party and it was a better price than booking through the cruise. The snorkeling was very good! Buy the pictures it is worth it!
