Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I had a great time! I have pictures to prove it! The big decision was whether to go via Viator or book through the cruise ship. I travel solo. I’m not sure how to decide. Here’s the deal: cost $20 each way by cab. And another $25 to enter the the compound. The SNUBA was EXCELLENT! And there’s so much else to do here all day. Theres dolphins, manatees, tequila tasting restaurants plenty of booze and cocktails. The drinks are really strong. There’s snorkeling. This place is very big and very nice. I enjoy the freedom that Viator offers. No set time to return I really recommend the nice crew at the SEA TREK THEY WERE VERY NICE!

Worst ever experience in my life for any activity

Worst experience I ever had with any activity. only my daughter did activity. They took many bookings for same time. Only one person was there who was doing everything including sea trek. Booking time of 1 PM, activity was done at 3PM that too for short time 10 mins. Not proper safety. I didn't do the activity as operator was not able to do at proper time. Wasted ticket for chaknaab national park due to this most importantly time. Viator is highly unprofessional company to book this. First experience with viator. They didn't refund my part although I provided operator written note to viator. This didn't happen with me only. It happened with whole group.

Dear Manish, I understand that you are upset because we denied your refund claiming that you did not SNUBA. However, your daughter and one other person used your voucher as per our photos, video footage and service voucher. Your group of 28 overbooked our SNUBA services. We offer four slots per SNUBA yet your group booked 17 SNUBA Experiences. We started as soon as your group arrived and we were able to do 11 SNUBAS by 4:00 PM. A full refund to all those that were not able to SNUBA. The time line and capacity issue was explained to your group as soon as they arrived. We are currently addressing our reservation system to prevent overbooking. Sincerely, Steven L

Confusing where to go as there are two SeaTrek locations. Booked at 9am but operator said 10. Small shop.. Snuba starts at beach and never gets to a reef.. We saw, maybe 20 fish and very little plant life. Nice person helped us but very disappointing. Close to a scam

Hello Richard, We take our reviews very seriously and work very hard to give the best possible service. I must say that I take offense to your "scam" comment. Truly uncalled for and out of place comments affect every one of us including the nice person that you said helped you. We have two locations, that is why each activity name includes the location, ex: "SNUBA...inside Chankanaab Park". This is the first time that we have had this confusion. SNUBA is a shore dive with a maximum depth of 20ft intended as a cross-over between snorkeling and scuba. This is an activity that most people can do without being certified. You are a certified diver and maybe you were looking for something more extreme that requires a boat and diving certification to reach the deep reefs of Cozumel. As much as we communicated and rescheduled your SNUBA twice to accommodate your scuba diving trip, I'm sorry that SNUBA in Cozumel was not what you expected. Sincerely, Steven

Kids can do it

We saw a lobster, a bright shade of blue, along with many other fish. We encountered a manta ray near the beginning of the tour. Our 11 year old kids had no problem with breathing through a regulator.

Snuba is great fun

The reefs aren’t amazing. But there are lots of fish to see and it’s a very good way to get to stay under the water and see a bunch at one time.
