What To Expect

Meet directly at the Sea Trek Cozumel stand inside Jeanie’s Beach Club in downtown Cozumel, get changed and store your valuables in the provided locker room, and get fitted for your Sea Trek helmet and gear. After a short tutorial on how to breathe and walk underwater while wearing your dive helmet, head below the surface with your diving guide to explore the sandy seabed and spot fish and other marine life.

After about 30 minutes below water, resurface and relax at the beach club. Slip into provided snorkeling gear to further explore underwater on your own or take advantage of the 15% discount to enjoy food and drinks on the water’s edge.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

The staff was very friendly...Patient and extremely knowledgeable...They put extreme emphasis on safety and never rushed us and really allowed us to have fun and enjoy the experience we also purchased the pics and videos which were amazing ...its very easy to get to from the Cruise Terminal we walked there. If Im ever back in Cozumel...I will do this again!!!

Amazing excursion! Very well run- the team was very detailed and we felt safe the whole time! I loved that they took pictures and video for sale! They came out perfect!! We got to hold sea life too!! Loved it!!

The experience was fine once we got to do it. Had to wait several hours. Was very upset that they kept bumping us because other people on the same cruise ship booked through Disney and said they had priority over us. We were there early.

The divers were very helpful in navagating the perimeter. I was afraid I would fall, but they assured me I would not. The view was absolutely incredible! I couldn’t believe there we so many multi-colored fish that were swimming around me! Wow!

The customer service was awesome.Mugel took care of us when we teached the place, ver y curtious and helpful walked us through entire process. The trek was just amazing we had brian henry and another diver. Never felt out of control in the water. Very safe experience. Loved it

It’s an experience to try, especially for non swimmers. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. 30 mins in the water, but you have option to come up earlier. I love that it’s easy to find, right inside a restaurant on beach and walkable from ferry port. My guide and photographer were amazing. Instructions were given prior to getting in water. Locker room, key, and changing room provided. Plus 2 free drinks afterwards. Photos will cost you $$ and they take credit cards!

I wanted to try something different in the water on my birthday however I’m not the best swimmer. I found this and it was an incredible experience my boyfriend and I loved it. It was like walking around an aquarium but no swimming required. Definitely an experience of a lifetime you’ll enjoy. The staff were very nice helpful and informative. They give you instructions, make you feel safe and are with you every step of the way . 👌🏾

Was a great experience..well run and always felt safe..No need to know how to swim, your head never even gets wet..just need to understand how to equalize pressure in your ears just like you would in an airplane..The instructors are very thorough and once down we always felt safe as the divers are near you and taking your picture!
