Dear customer, you can send me the details of your hotel after the booking, once you get here in Cusco we will brief you about the tour at our office, then the pick up will be from your hotel if you are 1 km around from the main square (Plaza de Armas) between 6:00 am to 7:00 am. Otherwise, the pick-up will be from the main square at 7:00 am.

He also was mindful of the need of the group and a great buffet . This tour is worth every penny you spend highly recommend it. Hats off to our guide William!

Beautiful Sacred Valley Tour

The tour itself is AMAZING, the sites are so much more impressive and beautiful than expected! Ketty was a great tour guide as well! The reason I am giving it a 4 star is because the pick up and start of this tour was extremely chaotic and a late start. There is a weird zoom call you do the day before which is not necessary in my opinion, the most important thing is are you picking us up at the hotel and if so what time??? We were first told no then yes, then pick up at 6:35 but it really was after 7:10, then there wasn’t enough seats on the bus for everyone. The driver was constantly texting and driving at the same time on top of the speeding, it made for a very stressful ride. However overall I would recommend the tour.

This day tour was an excellent value for the price. Our guide Ketty was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and our driver Denis was always on time, ready to go. The valley itself is incredibly beautiful, and this tour was my favorite part of Peru so far. The last stop, Pisaq, was brief but we were prepared for that. Pisaq alone takes 3-4 hours to walk through in its entirety. Don’t miss the sacred valley tour while in Peru!

Fascinating introduction to highlights of the Sacred Valley

A great introduction to the highlights of the Sacred Valley! Ketty, the guide, was fantastic, friendly and knowledgable bring these fascinating places to life with her historical context. It was a long day but well worth it - the tour includes quite a few stops so for some we couldn’t stay too long but I understand the faster pace was necessary given that so much was included. Very tasty lunch in a stunning location.

Mixed feelings about this tour

We left this tour with mixed feelings. The itinerary on the post is not accurate. The timings are less at each place than indicated. Furthermore it says hotel/hostel pick up and after speaking to the agency the night before confirming a time and pickup from our hostel, the head guide was 25 minutes early and made us walk to the bus stating they couldn’t stop on our road. Ironically they went up and past our hostel. This should have been known the night before when discussed. We also did not visit the salt mines and were a bit annoyed that this was decided in Spanish without being really clear with the English speaking participants. We spent a lot of times in workshops, the Chincero was worth it but not the jewellery or salt. The guide is bilingual and Elena really tried her best but sometimes was unable to answer questions and if I did not know basic Spanish we would not have understood a lot of information. Sometimes the English explanation is much less detailed than the Spanish. We also had a group which delayed us during the trip and although this group was frustrating, the tour could be improved with clear instructions on timing and where to meet if you get lost. Overall we saw most of the sites and the lunch was good. For the price it is not a bad tour but there is room for improvement.

I love the historyband culture and wanted to find out about each site which is why I booked this tour. However, the tour guide gave us little to no information at everybsitebuntil the last one (info that would have been useful at the start of the tour). Each of the historical sites, we were rushed to "getbofbthe bus, take a photo and get back on the bus". When I asked for information about the sites i was told "I'll explain on the bus" but when we got on the bus, music was turned up loud and we were ignored. The only stops were were not rushed, and encouraged to spend a long time were the 'weaving presentation' and salt store, where we were expected and pressured into spending more money. The 'presentations' were rushed through quickly so we could start spending and we could take as long as we like. Prior to the tour. I was told I had to jump on a necessary zoom call. This consisted of 15 minutes information about the tour and a 15 minute sales list for all.other tours offered by the company. When the zoom cut off, I was then spammed with links to every single other tour on my whatsapp. This tour could have been awesome but not a great experience.

If you only have a day, this tour is a great option to see the Sacred Valley. You won't get a lot of time at each site, so keep that in mind, but the sites themselves were amazing. We enjoyed meeting other tourists - from South America and Europe - and our guide Andy was very knowledgeable. Lunch was delicious. The workshops felt rushed.

Worst experience

We had terrible time in a bilingual trip with 3 English speaker (2 of us and another girl), the guide was Daniel and he was bad. After the chinchero, he almost left us and I even received message that they are leave. Lucky for us we found another guide who helped us, called Daniel to figure out where the car was parked and helped us reach it. He walked too fast that half of us got lost in that crowd, barely cared for English speakers and gave no time for photos. We took 5 tours in machu picchu, this is the worst experinece we had. You can check my other reviews, had an amazing time with them. It was the worst tour, the only highlight was the food and the scenic view of the restuarant. The locations are great but experinece was bad. I wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone. Also please note it wasn't hotel pkck and drop as mentioned. We were in city center and reconfirmed more than once that it was puck up and drop. After all that they goofed up and knowing my phone battery died, left us to figure where the hotel is and guided us wrong route too. If I could rate less than 1, I would. And when I requested a drop, they comvirntly ignored and responded next evening saying we will give you coca tea.

Em relação a agência que organizou o passeio: eles pediram uma chamada de vídeo, vários dias antes da viagem, em resumo, perguntando se queríamos outros passeios, e não, especificamente, para tratar do passeio já contratado. 1 um dia antes do passeio pediram que fôssemos ao escritório deles, acredito que para repassar informações quanto ao passeio ou para oferecer outros passeios. Não compreendi o pedido, pois não vi qualquer necessidade. Esta abordagem feita pela empresa foi cansativa. Disse que não poderia ir ao escritório deles, aí, passaram as orientações necessárias por WhatsApp. Quanto ao passeio em si, nos buscaram no hotel as 06:55 da manhã e na volta, por volta das 19:30, não nos deixaram no hotel, mas na praça de armas. Foi o único passeio que nos buscaram no hotel, mas na volta, nos deixaram em outro local. O guia que, em tese, daria explicações em espanhol e inglês, restringiu-se ao espanhol, porque a maioria do grupo falava espanhol, contudo, eu havia pedido explicações em inglês, mas isso foi feito apenas em parte. Quanto ao passeio em si, é bastante interessante, mas já tínhamos escutado e visto, no dia anterior, muitas explicações no passeio do Machu Picchu.
