Complimentary pick-up is available from Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman hotels, apartments, and Cruise terminals in Dubai ( Port Rashid ) & Dubai Harbour. Dubai Airport is available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel. Pickup from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha resort, and Jebel Ali is available for an additional fee.

It is recommended not to eat 2-3 hours before the safari trip to avoid any vomiting / sickness during the dune bashing
It is not recommended to carry jewelry, expensive watches or cell phones as the phone signal is not working in the desert.
Your belongings are your own responsibility and OceanAir is not responsible for any lost belongings in during the trip and in case if we found any belongings we try our best to deliver to whom they belong to by your own expenses.
This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
OceanAir Travels shall not be responsible for any kind of loss, accident, sickness or injury. It is advisable that the traveler should avail a travel health insurance as there can be chances of potential risks and hazards. Also, make sure they are mentally and physically able to participate.

We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies.
Quad biking is a self-driving activity to be taken at your own risk and the company’s insurance does not cover it.
Due to heavy traffic in the Rove Marina and Wyndham Dubai Marina areas at the time of pick-up, we request that you come to the Stella Di Mare Hotel for an easy pickup within a few minutes' walking distances.
Long clothes and jackets are recommended during winter
Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity by car. (If this conditions are applicable to you, please contact our Consultant to customize your tour)

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Pick up was easy and on time. Ahmed was a great guide. I did the buggy ride which was more fun than I thought it would be, loved getting close to the camels which was very memorable. Dune bashing was great and we ended with surfing down the dunes. It’s harder than it looks and I fell off, but it was still very fun. So glad I did this experience. I was solo but got lucky my group was two other friendly solo travelers and it was great meeting them too.

This was definitely a fun packed couple of hours and worth it !! We went dune bashing with our own razor and then then in the SUV. We rode camels , held falcons and the pics and the pics were great !!

a bit of each activity, camel ride 5 minutes, sand boarding 10 minutes and car ride on dessert 30 minutes …. Length of tour from hotel to desert and back 3 hours…. Good experience for my 7 years old daughter.

On time pick up from the hotel. Great set up in the desert. If you want a bit of speed, then do the upgrade to the atv. Mehdi was great in making sure everyone was happy, & took lots of photos for us all. Superb driving skills in the 4x4, all round top guy. Highly recommend him & the experience.

The experience itself (safari, dune, sandboarding) and the view/place where amazing. The only thing to improve: waiting time - when we arrived to the camp we waited ca. >30minutes with nothing to do really (so >25% of total time there) before we went into the desert.... so less time in the camp, more in the desert will make this trip 5star.

We had a fantastic dune experience with Fadi as our guide. Fadi was an amazing driver and full of Dubai knowledge. My whole family loved the experience and it was so worth it. I would recommend this tour to anyone. Hopefully you will get Fadi as your guide!

The tour was really great! We did enjoy our company though it was a shred tour. Made some friends doing the activity. We have a very experienced driver and guide, Mr. Rafeeq who made the tour more memorable. Got stucked in the sands but he was able to get us out safe! Ot was well organized!
