Your belongings are your own responsibility and OceanAir is not responsible for any lost belongings in during the trip and in case if we found any belongings we try our best to deliver to whom they belong to by your own expenses.
This tour is not wheelchair accessible.

We recommend you have international travel insurance as self-driving activities are prone to risk, leading to serious injury & is covered only by your insurance companies.
Quad biking is a self-driving activity to be taken at your own risk and the company’s insurance does not cover it.
Due to heavy traffic in the Rove Marina and Wyndham Dubai Marina areas at the time of pick-up, we request that you come to the Stella Di Mare Hotel for an easy pickup within a few minutes' walking distances.
Long clothes and jackets are recommended during winter
Pick-up timing is subject to change due to the emerging summer heat: 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour later in the afternoon. A notification shall be sent in advance in the case of any change.
Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
By UAE law, pregnant ladies, anyone with back or neck pain, heart problems or other serious medical complaints and infants (under 3 years old) are not allowed during the dune bashing activity by car. (If this conditions are applicable to you, please contact our Consultant to customize your tour)

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

We had an amazing time on the desert safari. Our guide, Maly, picked us up from our hotel and made sure we were all comfortable and hydrated throughout the experience. We had so much fun quad biking, interacting with camels, sand bashing through the dunes and sandboarding. Very hot but we were offered air conditioning and refreshments often. Thank you Maly!

The beginning of the trip felt a bit slow as not everyone participated in the quad bike. Those not doing the bike had to wait for almost an hour for others to finish. Afterwards the trip got better with the sand surfing and camel riding. Ask the tour guide to save camel riding to the very end to avoid the heat and so that you can watch the sunset on the camel. It is very beautiful.

The activities were a fun experience. The quads were the best. We were able to ride for just the right amount of time before overheating, held and took photos with a falcon, had refreshing drinks, purchased customized jewelry, rode a camel once, and sand boarded. The camel ride was short but sweet due to the heat in the day time. The ride on the red dunes was wild but fun until our guide, Shams, stopped the vehicle to scold me for holding on to the safety handle in his car while telling me I was going to break it (even though we were literally coming out of our seats with seat belts on from the ride). We thought he was joking until he stopped driving and asked me did I want to get in the back seat like a child. Sand boarding was a hot, excruciating feat in the day time. We could only do it once and the sand was hot enough to burn your feet through your shoes. Book the evening tour! Your time will be so much better. Overall, it was a fun, memorable experience.

Wow, this was about the highlight of my trip. From our driver/activity guide Akbar from ocean side to the camels to the end he was amazing friendly took our pictures helped us every step of the way. There absolutely no down side. The dune buggies were super fun. Definitely recommend 👌 plus it was unlimited soda and water!! And they take your picture so u can purchase at the end of your activity. Loved it!
