Fun day out with lots to see

This tour is a great introduction to the sights of Dubai so that you can see where you want to go back and visit. Dil was an informative and entertaining tour guide. Some people did not adhere to the allocated times at a lot of the stops which was annoying, same people each time…. It does feel like speed dating sightseeing which was fine as there was a lot packed into the day. Definitely worth it.

We enjoyed the tour! However, the guide was a little intense. He kept lecturing us about how we will be left behind if we do not arrive to the meeting point in time. I felt like the tour was a little pricey for what it was but we got to see a lot of Dubai in a short amount of time.

Would not recommend. Did not show up to pick me up. Luckily for me but 2 hours after proposed pickup,the first tour stop was across the road from my hotel, so I had to run for my life to catch tour as they showed no interest in coming to get me. Enough said.

Good idea but too much for one day!

The tour was supposed to give highlights of all important city sites, but it started 1.5 hrs late and ran too late. City traffic and getting dark too soon made it very difficult to enjoy the tour and to see everything. The operator should scale back on the number of stops so the quality of the tour is improved and not rushed. Definitely needs to be reorganized for better time management and accounted for bathroom stops. We were tired and disappointed at the end.

Convenient for short stay

In general, it was a good tour. It was well organised, and covered main touristic places in one day. So definitely a good option for someone who is there for a short period of time. However I think two stops (the palace and the mosque) could be skipped to get more time in dubai mall or souks. Both were not that impressive.

We had a bad start as we were not picked up at the hotel. After a few phone calls from our hotel we were eventually picked up by a car about 1.5hrs later and joined the tour late at the kings Palace missing the first item which was the Frame. Following this the tour and our guide was excellent.

The tour was ok for us. The driver was excellent. Tour guide not so much - didn’t seem knowledgeable, not much narration. Treated the group as if we were children. The worst part was being told where we would have lunch - which was fast food from American chains. That’s not what we’re looking for when we are visiting another country. Fewer sites with more time to explore would enrich this tour.

Wonderful tour that showed us all the main Dubai highlights in 1 day. The bus was comfortable. Our tour guide Irfan explained the history behind each destination. He also made sure we stayed on schedule. Highly recommend to anyone who has a short time in Dubai and wants to hit all the main tourist spots.

The trip was fantastic, parts of Dubai I never expected to see, Iman was a very gracious guide with an extraordinary knowledge of old Dubai and the new developments being built. It is a day of history, spices, gold souks, wonderful photo shots and the Dubai Mall fountain.

Very rushed trip but gave us a general orientation of Dubai. Tries to fit too much in a short time and with 37 passengers that is always going to be tricky. Started late as well. As a first time visitor it covered the basics but if you want anything more in depth then go for a private tour.

Best part is very punctual Pick-up at our hotel. From that point on-it was hot. Air Conditioning in transportation was weak. This with frequent stops for outside activities resulted in constant discomfort. The schedule did not allow flexibility to shift to inside activities limiting the exposure to the extreme Dubai sun. Guide an host Emron was upbeat and informative and the tour ran on-time. It is a long tour - overly so. with the large group considerable time was spent waiting and organizing.
