AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Louise_B, Apr 2024
There were no photos because I didn't experience this tour. The QR CODEs were invalid tickets. Got taxi, spent more money to get to the storehouse to be greeted with the same reply about the QR CODE being invalid. Tried to get round this by using the reference number underneath and showing confirmation of buying the tickets to be told no sorry they're still showing as invalid tickets all in all £110 down the drain. Further money wasted on taxis and other transport. Also been charged for being on the phone asking for refund to be told yeee then get emails to say no.
Took us to places we wanted to go and learned a lot

We only had one full day in Dublin- the hop on hop off bus helped us see everything we could pack in. We even had a (necessary )reservation at Guinness which worked out perfectly. And hooking us up with the walking tour was great as well
Long time between busses
ygmcm6ms7r, Apr 2024
The guides were all great! But the time waiting for busses was more lengthy than the quoted 20 minutes....more like 40. The green bus competition was way more prompt.
Enormous structure

Let’s face it: Guinness has perfected their product. They have a loyal following. The self guided tour is quite impressive with huge monitors and explanations of their brewing process. It was overly crowded, however, and we struggled to find a place to sit to enjoy our pint. The Guinness family has a long history of giving back to the Dublin community and they should be commended.
Best experience, ever.

The food and service at the Conrad Hotel. We had an awesome experience at Doheny and Nesbitt pub and restaurant. Great day tour at Guinness with a carriage ride back to the hotel to complete our adventure.
Pure excellence

Just entering the storehouse and experiencing the difference from our last visit 20 years ago. All the staff were so helpful and efficient. A wonderful time and the Guiness at the end in the Gravity Bar was delicious with a drop of cordial in it. Not enough chairs or tables.
Not a bad way to save on Ubers.

It was easy to get the lay of the land with one full loop on the bus… after that, we utilized our tickets to get us from point to point. Downloading the app to track the busses made wait time minimal and allowed us to maximize our time in our given location.
Must book!

Such a fun tour! The guide was super funny, and engaging with all of us and was super informative! I had a great time!
Great day tour for all
Justin_L, Nov 2023
Driver ANNE was amazing, singing shanty’s and telling us the history of Dublin. The brewery was so interesting and an awesome insight into Guinness and how it’s made! The pint at the top bar was amazing!!
Brilliant organisation
Steph_B, Nov 2023
Was an organised trip, bus drivers were helpful, with a great commentary! Guinness store is definitely worth the visit!
Can’t miss…even if you don’t drink beer!
Carolyn_R, Nov 2023
Enjoying a Guiness at the top with our son was memorable. Well organized tour and had our pictures out on the beer-amazing!
Guinness tour review
Vjodee, Oct 2023
We enjoyed jumping on the red bus. I did not feel the Guinness tour was worth the cost. It was crowded and we wandered around by ourselves - no real tour to speak of, unlike Jameson. We received a beer in a crowded room with no place to sit. I would not recommend this tour
A brilliant experience of Dublin
Patricia_K, Oct 2023
Ticket included entrance to Guinness, 2 day hop on and off buses and a free night tour. Amazing value. Drivers were so knowledgable and each one had different things to say about the areas at each stop.
Must do tour
Darrell_M, Oct 2023
The first bus was a recording. After the Guinness stop we had a live commentary which was a much superior experience. The Guinness tour was exceptional. Overall this tour is good value. The service reps answered our email queries very quickly and were helpful when we were booking this tour on-line. Was able to see and learn about this vibrant city and Ireland history.
Decent, could have done better on our own.
Andrew_B, Oct 2023
The Guinness Storehouse was amazing. Super cool experience, and the beers at the top were delicious. Kind of a bummer we didn't know you needed other tickets to do things on the tour... (pour your own, etc.) so that was a disappointment. If we had known our ticket wasn't all inclusive we could have gotten them below but by the time we knew we were out of time. Big Bus was fine, one driver was super friendly and energetic, did a great job. The next was very rude. Blew past stops, didn't explain much, was very short with people and just seemed in a fowl mood.
Guinness Tour and Bus
Jennifer_M, Oct 2023
Guides at the bus stops were not helpful at all. Guinness tour was fantastic! Tasting room great would definitely return with family and friends.
Frustrated
Jackie_S, Oct 2023
Guiness didn't know how to use the Viator e-ticket. They turned us away and said to come back when a manager was there. Very frustrating. We found a lady who could help us. She let us in and then said to just use the Guiness ticket to ride the off on bus. That was not true. We have to talk our way onto the bus each time. Not ok!!! This is not Viator's fault, however, you don't want people using your app and then not have the companies know how to use it....even when we had a confirmation code.
The tour was a great way...
Beth_M, Oct 2023
The tour was a great way to see the sights and learn the history. It helped us know what to go back to for more in depth visits. Guinness storehouse was really interesting- and ended with a beautiful view and a pint of Guinness!
Great experience
Vicki_S, Oct 2023
Fabulous way to spend a wet rainy day. Bus tour was great, humorous and informative. And the Guinness tour was a definite must do whilst in Dublin.
Big bus tour is the best
Melissa_C, Oct 2023
Had a wonderful time with the tour. We got to create new friends with the driver and tour guides. Ross and Jerry especially were the best! Guinness and Jameson.. the churches etc.. we told all our group to join the big bus tour.
