Great bus ride

The buses were great. The drivers were all engaging and funny and knowledgeable. The drivers also work for tips.

We were able to get on the bus but after we got off we never could find one again and when we did it was at capacity’. I would not book this again. We then had to Uber it so we wouldn’t miss our ship

Easy to access . The staff from beginning to end were fantastic the information and directions got were accurate and helpful. Ritchie and Damon(?) were fun and informative . We enjoyed the experience.

Nice quickie in Dublin

This is a great option to see popular locations in Dublin plus the various drivers gave informative and funny commentary during the rides, also blessed to have great weather that day. However if coming from a Cruise ship, you will find yourself pressed from time. Cruise ships from Dun Laoghaire requires water shuttle to reach port which appears not too efficient on Carnival, overall only had 7 hours from leaving and arriving back to port. Towards the end, we were worried won't make it back to port it time, so from DoDublin main location they made special trip to get us back directly to train station which takes you back to port, this was greatly appreciated.

Staff members were available at many of the stops to lend guidance. I would not recommend this as a source of transportation to get from one place to another. We made this mistake and ended up missing out on pre-booked reservations because the ride was so slow. I would recommend this for just a laid back way to see the city.

Was very disappointed not as advertised was believed the bus was picking us up at cruise terminal No had to make way into tow Bo the Bart Didn't know where to get off Was lucky enough to get a city bus driver to help me He took me no charge to the cross street to catch the hop on hop off The hop on hop off was a normal ride

Sorry to you were disappointed. We never claim to pick up at the port and we advise that our stops are located in the City Centre. We will look at making this information more clear for future reference. We do combine the tour with a DART (train) ticket which is an excellent deal. Our reps at the train station provide clear and concise information about where to get off. Hopefully you will come back again soon and experience our tour with us at another stage.

The route for catching the bus has changed. Spent over 2 hours trying to find the bus. We finally did this is when we found out the route had changed which was not updated in Viator. But we were reimbursed from Viator which was greatly appreciated

Great way to See Dublin

We rode the green bus and found out we really should have booked it for 2 days as there is so much to see. If coming from the cruise port you will probably have to pay for a shuttle to downtown to the bus itself. I preferred the bus that had live comentar yfrom the driver to the recorded narrative with the earphones since that system didn't work very well at all. Beware of rush hour traffic. It takes forever to get back to the port in late afternoon.
