    Unhappy and let down

    We did not get to paint as the tickets we received said 7pm and it was n at 6pm. We took time off work to travel to attend, and it was part of my husband’s Christmas graft. Very nice last took our details, apologised, we said it’s okay things happen, and promised to send us tickets again. We have not heard anything, not a word, and we have Jo way of getting in touch. We would like a refund if tickets are not being sent to us, we are disappointed
