Culross Palace is closed over the winter months. Tickets are not included in the tour price.

A:The tour is conducted in a 16 seat Mercedes Mini-coach. There are three steps up into the coach – each 150mm in height. There are grab handles on both sides, the step edges are clearly marked and the treads are non-slip.

A:The bus is not wheelchair accessible, however, there is storage available for a folding wheelchair or walking frame. Guests must be able to get on/off the bus on their own or with the assistance of a companion as guides cannot assist physically.

Our Viator tour guide (Jim Divine) was absolutely DEVINE!!! He provided endless knowledge about history waaaay behind Outlander “stuff”. The tour was fun but now I have to go back and rewatch the shows now that I’ve seen the locations for real!

Even for a non Outlander fan, this was a great tour and enjoyed seeing some beautiful areas of Scotland outside of Edinburgh. Graeme was our driver and tour guide and did a really great job.

Great tour...whether your a Highlander fan or just want to see some cool castles and towns! Our tour guide Simon was wonderful - knew lots of Scottish history and details of Outlander. He also stopped at some extra places that weren't on the itinerary. We really enjoyed the day.

Our tour guide, William Malcolm Drummond, was great! His constant stream of historical Scots history delivered in the perfect Scots brogue was interesting and informative. The actual sites we visited were easily identifiable to specific scenes from the series. It was amazing seeing structures erected hundreds of years ago still standing and useable. If you love history, you'll love this tour!

This was a wonderful tour. Ewan was our guide, a man who talked about everything from the show to awful dad jokes, with plenty of tangents in between! We were simultaneously amused and educated as this crazy Scot drove us to multiple destinations and amazing sights. Definitely a fun tour.

This tour was really well organized/spaced out. Our tour guide was awesome and super knowledgeable about Outlander/Scotlands history. He was also a great story teller while we were on the road trips in-between site visits. The company seems to be environmental friendly which is a plus. Visiting these places on your own would be difficult without a car. We stopped for lunch at a location that had lots of good options for food.

Stephen was super knowledgeable about Scotland and Outlander. I loved seeing the castles and stepping back in history as well as imagining that Jamie Fraser was just around the corner. Stephen even surprised us with seeing some real standing stones on the way back to Edinburgh!

Had Kelly as my tour guide and she was amazing! All the sites were beautiful and pretty much empty. I went in early march so a lot of things were just reopening from the winter, and one site was still closed so she found us another site to replace it. 10/10 would highly recommend, great way to see a lot of the castles and was very knowledgeable about the show! Great go solo travel or with a small group!
