      This was an absolute highlight of our trip to Italy and THE highlight in Florence. Gabriele and Valentino were fabulous hosts and instructors. We learned so much and had fun at the Same time 😃 The food we made was delicious and now I feel like I can make authentic Italian dishes at home!

      We love to cook and try new things. So does our 9 year older and her favorite foods are Tirsmisu and Pasta so how could we not give this a go. We loved the environment, our Chef was amazing and worked so well with everyone. He gave us so many tips and tricks along the way that we can not wait to try these recipes at home. The owner was there and was so king and generous. I would recommend this class to anyone! In fact I have already shared the link with 2 others.

      This was a great personalized experience for a small group. The chef was excellent. We made tiramisu, potato gnocchi in tomato sauce, ravioli in sage butter sauce and egg pasta in ragù. Wonderful!

      We had an excellent time learning all about pasta and gnocchi with Gabrielle! He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about pasta and Italy. We can’t wait to make more pasta and tiramisu when we get home!

      Gabrielle and his chief chef did an amazing job teaching us tips on fresh pasta. It was so authentic and fun. We each had a dish of the pasta at the end with delicious sauces. The dessert if Tiramisu was scrumptious! We had a fabulous time!

      Authentic Tuscan Experience! Best decision we made!

      One of the best highlights from our detour to Florence, Italy! My wife and I mainly focused on Rome for our honeymoon trip, but spending a couple of days in Florence/Pisa was the best decision we made. Anyways, I’ll make this review long short. We were greeted by Sommelier Gabrielle upon arrival and this guy was friendly but professional, very knowledgeable and informative about what they do and served as our translator with Chef Valentino (very cool and funny chef). After introduction, We started the cooking class by prepping/making our dessert first (ofcourse to enjoy it later) ooooh, I savored that TIRAMISU! after that, we made 3 different types of pastas, (ravioli, gnocchi and pappardelle/tagliatelle). We can’t wait to boast this dishes and share it with our friends and family! Overall it was just so much fun learning on making an authentic Italian pasta, with a matching wine. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! you haven’t been to Tuscany if you didn’t go to their kitchen, and by doing so, seeing Enoteca Vigna Nuova is the way to go! Especially with the team we had! Grazie Chef Valentino and to our Somms Gabrielle and Maria! Ciao and arrivederci!

      We learned how to make gnocchi and pasta and tiramisu and it was all so delicious! Loved the wine pairings as well…. Definitely recommend!

      Excellent from start to finish. I love when a tour exceeds expectations and this one definitely did! The team was welcoming, the class was high quality, hands on, and informative, and the results were fantastic! I would definitely recommend!

      Excellent experience! Lucca, Gabriel, and Marie were wonderful. We had so much fun. The lesson was informative and fun. All three of the lesson leaders were patient and kind with our whole family. We highly recommend this pasta cooking class.

      One memorable experience making pastas and tiramisu from scratch and eat it with a wonderful selection of wine. Gabriel and Valentino were wonderful hosts, welcoming, accommodating, patient and very friendly. Gabriel as a house sommelier explained and let us taste a few different wines. He was passionate about the wine and I learned a lot. Valentino was very engaging and funny. The class was a bit over 2 hours and we spent about an hour to enjoy the meal we created. They had a few patrons who were seated in the same space where we made the pasta. Quite interesting set up and I loved how they integrated the space. Can’t wait to go back for another meal (prepared by the chef next time :) as we saw a raving review about their food.

      I cannot say enough good things about this experience! Everyone in our family, including a 12 year old and a 9 year old, enjoyed learning how to make pasta and other signature Tuscan dishes. And our hosts were very gracious and entertaining. The food is fantastic as well! Highly recommend this experience as part of your visit to Florence!

      Great fun, great experience! A must do while in Florence! Food was fantastic and the tiramisu we made was the best! By the time class was over we all felt like friends! Highly recommend!

      An excellent and original experience. Genuine Italian chefs guided us through the pleasurable creations of pasta, gnocchi and tiramisu. Enjoyed with new friends after our own creation was cooked that same evening.

      Excellent experience. Made 4 different pastas and tiramisu. All fantastic. The 2 gentleman hosting the class were great and we learned a lot. Definitely recommend taking this class in Florence.
